I'm guessing Lycoming TSIO-540; resulting prop break made engine overspeed radically, which blew a rod, hitting the cam and fracturing it, blowing a big chunk out of the top rear of engine case and accessory case? Glad the mount held up...I've heard of prop/blade losses which separated engine from plane, sending the airframe and occupants to their doom.
