I am committed to every band I am in and work out my schedule so it all works out. All parties are cool with it and its one of the greatest things ever I think. I learn so much so fast and get to incorporate different music styles (except the band up top that sucked, that music sucks, I'm glad it ended). I actually recommend that most people do at least another band if they can.
