yes just watched the end of time trailer its got the doctor going to the ood planet to find the ood in the waters of mars and then he goes to the ood ceremony and when they touch hands he sees the master and says "that man's dead!"
To some extent I do agree with you. It would have been better if she didn't return after Doomsday. Having said that I still think she's great and it has been confirmed that she will be returning with Matt Smith in series 5.

I've seen some pictures of Dr.Who filming with a few guys in monk robes..I don't know what the meddling monk looks like though. and an episode about a book he wrote with all his adventures isn't as epic as the master, Rani, Davros, and others all in one episode. Now that's Epic.
However The Master isn't appearing in just a flashback, John Simm has been seen filming with Donna (They never shared previous screen time) and in two other locations where Wilf and the Doctor have been seen -a couple of days ago- so he hopefully will be a major part of the finale.
I have just done some research and John Simm is definately returning but there is no mention of him returning as The Master! Your'e right that he does not appear in a flashback but from what I have read he does not appear in 'the real word', So he may appear in a dream the doctor has.
Interesting anagrams with the next Doctor Who special: The Waters of Mars (come on life on Mars...RTD got a funny personality or what!); Wars of the Master's and oh yes, 'The Masters of Wars!' The plural, meaning that there is more than one Master of war! Like the Master, Davros, Rani and the Meddling Monk! The Rani has worked with the Master win the Doctor Who universe!!!! The Masters of Wars is fitting for each one of these enemies of the Doctor!
If Matt Smith hadn't taken over being the doctor, and John Simm hadn't been the master I think John Simm would have been a great master. Oh and I loved the video. It's the only video I found that made sense of all the rumors I herd AND I never knew that Sarah Jane Smith was coming back, well... she might not.
