The windy nation blades will start just before the falcon blades do.The turbines are due to be lowered to adjust the swivel bearings,that could be part of the problem.The blades on the right[windy-nation] will slow down after a certain rpm,but the falcons will keep on picking up speed,[sometimes to scarey as I have only got 1.5 meters from my house to the neighbours fence].

The windy nation blades seem to throw themselves out of the wind.
