I think boycotting sporting events is one of the more difficult strategies, especially here in the states. Most people are so comatose that convincing them their beloved sporting event is merely a "distraction" is quite a task. I think boycotting sporting events is one of the more difficult strategies, especially here in the states. Most people are so comatose that convincing them their beloved sporting event is merely a "distraction" is quite a task. I find it more effective to show people how they are being deceived with something they can relate to, something that hits home. Though this is still a very worthwhile cause and you guys certainly have balls approaching people about a superbowl petition. good stuff.
