  • Did you record this on a calculator? The quality is so high!

  • Led Dixie? Great cover :)

  • As a Zep fan from day one, I love this! Just wish the Quality was better.

  • no mamen que pinche destrozada le metieron a esta magnifica rola!

  • hardworking talented sons o' bitches... they always give it their best...

  • I have a huge amount of respect for Hayseed Dixie and I really like all their other covers but they did murder this song a bit. For me, a bluegrass version just doesn't work.

  • im a big fan of hayseed dixie, but i agree with you in this point

  • If anyone digs this, and you should because it's great stuff musically, then check out another parody band from the 90's called Run C&W. They did old R&B tunes bluegrass style. Members included Eagles co-founder Bernie Leadon and Amazing Rhythm Aces singer/guitarist Russell Smith. Like Hayseed Dixie, it's very unique, but musically just about perfect when you hear it.

  • @rockinredneck57 Thank so much for posting this tip last year! I just dug up some great stuff from Run C&W! Just wanted to let you know.

  • It's unbelievable... They're genius...

  • Genius!

  • nice

  • very good!!!

  • Great!

  • everybody knows canadians have flapping heads, don't you watch south park? telling you the facts!! AMERICA ROCKS!!!

  • Nah, it might do if it's population weren't ignorant, fat and stupid.

  • I'm American... I do agree with you that there are probably more stupid people in America than anywhere else but we aren't ALL like that, so please don't stereotype like that.

  • this is hilarious

  • This version is as good as the original

  • this is funny

  • grow up, chief! you're balls haven't even dropped yet and you're on here acting the keyboard hardman. they don't take themselves seriously, i suggest you do the same.

they are brilliant musicians and gifted performers and that is the bottom line.

  • I was reading up on AC/DC on wikipedia, and I learn about these guys.. I check them up and I think they're great..shows that music with a good core can be played in many ways, and it still sounds good. That's my opinion anyway

  • I can dig 'em! They're original and doing covers in a unique way. Don't know if you've seen, but Robert Plant worked with Allison Krauss and David Lee Roth made a bluegrass album of VH covers. Looks like these redneck idiots have something good going.

  • Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!

  • Aaaaaaaaaaaaahhhh, yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhh!!!

  • quit making Canadians look like jackasses

  • Anyone voting me down is fucking stupid, I am Canadian, but that other guy is making canadians look like jerk offs.

  • fuckoff, dude

    you are a jackass

  • They are gifted musicians. They have fun and their listeners have fun.

  • That's what it's all about too, ain't it? The banjo and mandolin players are sons of banjo great Don Reno, and all the members are very good at what they do. It's serious playing for sure, but we're just supposed to have fun with it all. I do!

  • Not very good video quality, but you can still tell how tight and powerful the band is. Awesome sense of humor/great musical chops.

  • im gonna see these guys 2nite, gonna kick arse

  • sometimes I rock, sometimes I roll it, but I always knew what bluegrass was for....

Hayseed Dixie Rules with an Iron Fist

  • what a shit load of fuck, this is a joke right?

  • No, it's not. This is a real band, and they do Hillbilly remixes of lots of rock songs. And I like them, because an essential part of being a true rocker is to be able to laugh at yourself. I'll have you know that Angus Young loves these guys.

  • lol, k

  • Well, they're covers, not remixes, but yeah, they are awesome.

  • Normally I'd get mad at them for doing this to Zeppelin, but I can't get over how funny it is and how good they are at playing their instruments.

  • John Paul Jones played banjo on the Butthole Surfers'

"Ballad of Naked Man." Call it karma.

  • nice
