I just crossed this very bridge today. It is a scary ride, so narrow. I've never like bridges like these. I met a semi-trailer truck just before entering. My grandfather said back in the sixties, he would never live to see the day Rulo's toll bridge would end. He didn't. And now I see they still argue about this bridge. Thanks for sharing.

It's the far Southeastern part of Nebraska. Now I think the movie might have been "Paper Moon"..Neat bridge with a railroad bridge very close.
