You can buy photoshop in a store like Staples.

CS3 dtudent version: 130ish pounds.

If youre still in school, you can always apply for the Photoshop CS3, the student edition is a fraction of the price of the normal one and the programme is still the same :)

yes it's from DeviantART. even if the brush previews are oval, it's still done with a mouse, if you looks at some artist's on deviantart, they have amazing work, people thinking it's done with a tablet, when they say it's done with a mouse. it's possible to make work like this with a mouse, this artist even said she works with a mouse, so why are you fussing about it.

its a brand of tablet...and if you dont know what a tablet is its like a pad that complies with your computer screen that has a pen-mouse so its like drawing with a pen not a mouse
