  • Question...if my beer batter isnt sticking to the tofu when I put it in the oil, like, it comes off in the oil, what could I be doing wrong?? Im putting the tofu in the dry flour mix before the beer batter, and it is not sticking...

  • @SwingMom1969 Hey! Thanks for trying the recipe. The problem is most likely your oil temperature. If it's not high enough when you introduce the tofu this will happen. Your oil temperature should be around 360 F. Also make sure the batter isn't too thin. It should be only a bit thinner than pancake batter. Hope that helps! Let me know.
