@GlobalCorpinc I have never seen a group of people more discouraging towards their peers than the weightlifting and bodybuilding online community. I have to say weightlifting because weightlifting and bodybuilding are too intertwined, but it all stems from the bodybuilding community. This guy is like 5 feet tall. His ROM ( Range of Movement, dumbass ) is alot less than a guy thats like 6foot2. Hence it would be alot harder for a taller person squatting the same weight as they would have to use alot more effort because they travel a further distance.
