Actually you acn make an amv with Windows Movie Maker or some Program like this.

All you have to do is download an episode of an anime you like and download the song you want to put it to, then you import them into the movie maker/editor and put the song into the adio-field, cut the episdoe in clips and try to match sound and pictures...

it doesnt come in different languages its just that the songs use the same theme (numa numa) but have different words. the russian numa numa (yes there is one) is VERY different from the english one
