I'm playing this with a emulator right now the SNES version, I didn't play it to much because when I first started out after the attack on your home village, and everyone was turned to stone, I went to buy some shit at the shot and none of them had descriptions? like Marbl3? wtf is that? No destcriptions anywhere, I had to buy it then use the question mark in my menue to look over the shit in my inventory. Is this normal or a problem with my emulator?

@R0cknroll4ever When originally purchased as designed, the game came with a fold out map, item list and weapon/armor list, that explained what everything did, I believe.

Ryu says a line after rescuing Nina and giving the king of Windia the remedy. The king asks what Ryu desires for saving him;

Ryu: Well, there is one thing...

And then there's the time where everyone talks after their ship sinks, and they say:

All: You're crazy!

And before Sara disappears, at the end of the game, after the party destroys Tyr, Ryu throws out a hand in desperation;

Ryu: Wait!

Anyway, that was awesome to watch. Thanks for showing me (among other things) Gobi pulling his weight outside of a Solo challenge.

FATE controls everything that involves luck in general, I think.

I entered Bo at the beginning of the battle but I think Karn and Gobi would have been better replacements. I expected to make use of Bo's Cura1 spell for some reason, but it was unnecessary.

It's generally a boring challenge aside from specific bosses. The final boss is quite monstrous, and Jade is hard if you don't bring Meat, but the rest is easy. Gremlin and Zog require good preparation and a bit of concentration, true, but the fact that you have to defend half of the battle not to gain too much experience without even using fusions or dragons speaks volumes.

I don't regret having played it through just for the ending though.

They are, but in BOF5 Ryu talks and Nina is the mute.

I think Ryu says two lines in the first BoF, one in the middle of the game and one at the end.

Ryu is the main protagonist, but Nina plays a major part since most of the game is about getting her to the surface so she doesn't die. It's been a while since I've played it, I can't remember most of the details.

Do it, Dragon quarter is awesome, it was appearently not very popular, but I really liked it, it's very special tough.But I highly recommend it, it also has a high replay value because of the SOL-system, ahh, you'll see...
