The Rosalia Virus mutated in only Naomi because Albert Sartre's research said the virus absorbs any living cell in it's reach, so it absorbed the DNA causing her genetic disorder. When the mutated virus was expelled, it took the DNA with it.

I think that the "cocoon" form is the Twisted Rosalia's "sucking" form, which is probably why vitals suddenly dropped like a rock in it's final moments: it is desperate to suck away life before it gets killed. You, as the player, terminated it by injecting it with some...red...liquid, thus disturbing it, making it twitch as it dies.

Naomi's weak as hell at this point (It explicitly mentions that she's too weak to use a Heart/Lung machine on), The risk of secondary infections onto other people, and the risk of loads of the colonies exploding, which would spread the disease further through her body.

Naomi says, at one point, that it was odd that they knew of their disease, and the name. She decided that, since Rosalia causes mental illness, that the mind reealed the name to the host, and thats how they knew the name.

It's likely that they knew the name "Rosalia" from those hallucinations. Naomi even said this in one part. I think it was in the Twisted Bomber stage. Hope I helped :P

@Corrderio if the circle thingies get into contact with the shell fragments, it pollinates the fragment, causing it to harden, and worst of all, lowers the vital cap by about six, so I take it out to keep that cap at 99

I remember beating Trauma Team for the first time.... My main complaint was that Atlus didn't reveal what CR-S01 real name was, even though he had gained his memory back!
