Ridiculous PC patches right there!! Hey man if you're happy with the card keep it. Just know that if you ever HAVE to sell it for any reason, it won't be worth what you paid for it if you're honest about the condition. Unless Beanies stock skyrockets of course lol. A partial refund is certainly in order.
That brutal bro, sorry to see that. I've had similar things happen to me. You deserve at least a partial refund, especially if the listing said anything specific about condition. That's just unacceptable!
@hudsonfan15 yeah it didn't the guy said that he had to look really close at it to see it but didn't think it was a big deal. It was a little worse than expected.
Finally a card that lives up to the name SLEAZY, my god that is one of the sickest patches i have seen, Congrats on getting it, as far as the damage goes, i guess thats a matter of opinion, and i see both sides, the sleaziness of the patches may offset the damage if it were mine,, easy for me to say since i dont have 1 card that can compare to that one. But maybe the seller will give u a better deal if he thinks you might return it, If the damage really doesnt bother u, then keep it,

I'm in 100% agreeance with sictopher and Ken. It's not like he hid it from you and did offer you the option of returning it. I sell frequently on ebay to fund other card purchases I make and I never allow partial refunds. I'm always willing to refund if the card is shipped back, basically all or nothing

Buy purchasing the card knowing it had damage you already agreed on a price (as is)! I don't believe he should be expected to give a partial refund! If you didn't know it was damaged then I would agree with a partial refund! But atleast hes allowing you to return it if you want. if it were me I would keep it!

So with that being said, if you had pulled that card from a pack would you send it back in hopes they might make you up another 1/1? ...if so would that make it a 1/2?. Not being rude but I sell on Ebay on a regular basis, & hate when I buyer knows what he or she is getting & then ask for a partial refund, its like the buyer is thinking of doing this action even before the sale.

As far as the damage goes...it does SUCK...but sometimes those thick cards take a lot of abuse in the packs, and as you said it was in multiple people's hands before it got to you. I'd just see what the seller could do for you... Great pickup though!
That's a great card. I'm a purist with my cards, especially when it's a 1/1 so despite the sickness of the card I personally would not be happy with it. A top dollar card has to be in top condition. I returned a nasty 2003 ultimate collection logo patch because there was damage to the corner of the card. It compromised the set. Just my opinion......and opinions are like assholes....we all have them!!
@arfalc77 yeah so am I, I haven't seen too many logo patches of Beanie that I know are authentic. we worked out a deal so I feel ok about it. thanks again Michael!
