i have a jailbroken ipod touch, and the winterboard needed updating, so i clicked update and it's deleted, but i have downloaded it again from cydia but its not the same winterboard, it just has Wb on the front instead of a snowflake, do you know how i can get it back to normal please?

hey ppl if it gets stuck on the recovery screen and you used blackra1n to hack it, just use black rain again and it will restore back to your original settings

k if you want to get winterboard just jailbreak it then once it goes to that connect to itunes just go to black ra1n and get it again and winterboard will be there and working

because its teathered. if you shut your ipod down it goes back into recovery and you got to jailbreak it all over again.

Just install sbsettings and run blackran again. Thats what i did and now it works

just cennect your ipod/iphone into your computer. Then open up blackra1n and click make it rain. As your doing it some messages from itunes might pop up but ignore them. Once its done sbsettings should work.

If you rebooted, and you were on tethered. All you need to do, is put it in dfu mode, and rejailbreak. If it wont turn on.

Your going to have to re-jailbreak your iPod. Just put it into DFU mode and re-do the steps on the redsn0w GUI.

and then follow my video again.
