Atleast by doing this, you can do minimal adjustments in the masks rather than doing a tedious frame-by-frame alteration of just one big mask. Glad I could help, Tyler. @WalangMagawaProd - Huh? Bakit walang audio ang After Effects mo? Nai-imagine ko yung hirap mong mag rotoscope sa mabagal na computer. Dumaan na ako diyan. Hehehe. Pag may pera ka na uli, bili ka ng computer or laptop na mataas ang RAM. Atleast ikaw meron kang pamatay na bagong camera. :-)
@chinaeyes22 Naghahang pag ginamit ko with audio. I think i told you before na di supported ng video card ko ang Open GL. Nawala na yung mga naka stock kong NVIDIA cards eh. Tapos nasunog pa AGP port ko, so no external video cards for me. But eto, nag cacanvas ng parts. Aassemble uli ng bago. Hehehe! OK ba quality? Full HD nga yun, eh di kaya ng PC ko full HD kaya ayun, 720p nalang upload ko, hehehe! Di bale HD pa din naman, hahaha!

Wow Jason...I hate frame-by-frame rotoscoping myself, but the result was definitely worth it here! It's a good thing Jet had a green screen, because THAT would have certiainly taken a long time to adjust each mask for every frame. Once again, good job my friend!
@samurye72 - I'm also not fond of frame-by-frame rotoscoping, Dan. It takes a lot of hard work but the result is rewarding. You got that right. I'm glad Jet had himself shot over a green screen otherwise I would have gone insane rotoscoping him. Jet, as you've noticed, is a very hyper guy. :-)

iMovie which I have is very limited when it comes to doing effects like that and it's always a problem trying to work out other ways of doing things.
I have lost count now how many times I have watched the superhero vid, it is so good :D

Haha nice! You really need to see the number of masks that I used for both Angeli and Jann. Separate masks certainly go a lot easier than one whole mask because you'll have to keep changing it when things don't look right.
I'd totally share a behind the scenes vid like this to the fans but I think they'd prefer to just watch it rather than know how it's done.
Thanks for sharing your knowledge to us, idol bestfriend! You make it "LOOK" easy but when in reality, when we open the software/application on our screen and say "Holy cow!!! Now what?!!". LOLLLLLL

@MokongX3M - If ever you have the money and plan to buy a new animating and editing software I highly recommend Adobe After Effects, Franklin. You can do almost anything to a video once you've mastered the program. ;-)

unang segundo pa lang ng video naiba na ang naisip ko. sa background music na napunta ang ang direksyon ko.. pareho tayo ng tipo ng mga tugtog jt.. nung una kay jason mraz nagtugma tayo.. ngayon na nhuhumaling ako sa tugtog ng owl city eh eto biglang 'hot air baloon' ang ginamit mo.. putek.. bakit kaya hehe! paborito ko ngayon mga kanta ng owl city..

Nainggit ako lalo! Walang audio pag nageedit ako sa after effects. Nilalagyan ko pa ng marker na minamask-out ko while editing para naka timing pa rin sa audio. Pero doble trabaho, grrr!
Yeah, multiple mask. The way i like it. Hirap nga pag isa lang. At talagang kelangan ng pasensya. Buti nga sayo mabibilis bilis ang PC. Subukan mong mag rotoscope sa mabagal, masisira ulo mo, hahaha! @WalangMagawaProd - Huh? Bakit walang audio ang After Effects mo? Nai-imagine ko yung hirap mong mag rotoscope sa mabagal na computer. Dumaan na ako diyan. Hehehe. Pag may pera ka na uli, bili ka ng computer or laptop na mataas ang RAM. Atleast ikaw meron kang pamatay na bagong camera. :-)

@chinaeyes22 Naghahang pag ginamit ko with audio. I think i told you before na di supported ng video card ko ang Open GL. Nawala na yung mga naka stock kong NVIDIA cards eh. Tapos nasunog pa AGP port ko, so no external video cards for me. But eto, nag cacanvas ng parts. Aassemble uli ng bago. Hehehe! OK ba quality? Full HD nga yun, eh di kaya ng PC ko full HD kaya ayun, 720p nalang upload ko, hehehe! Di bale HD pa din naman, hahaha!

Wow Jason...I hate frame-by-frame rotoscoping myself, but the result was definitely worth it here! It's a good thing Jet had a green screen, because THAT would have certiainly taken a long time to adjust each mask for every frame. Once again, good job my friend!

@samurye72 - I'm also not fond of frame-by-frame rotoscoping, Dan. It takes a lot of hard work but the result is rewarding. You got that right. I'm glad Jet had himself shot over a green screen otherwise I would have gone insane rotoscoping him. Jet, as you've noticed, is a very hyper guy. :-)

Wow Jason you certainly have a lot of patience and the video shows just how good you are at editing and using the software. I may seriously consider investing in that software in the future and have a go myself :-)
iMovie which I have is very limited when it comes to doing effects like that and it's always a problem trying to work out other ways of doing things.
I have lost count now how many times I have watched the superhero vid, it is so good :D

Haha nice! You really need to see the number of masks that I used for both Angeli and Jann. Separate masks certainly go a lot easier than one whole mask because you'll have to keep changing it when things don't look right.
I'd totally share a behind the scenes vid like this to the fans but I think they'd prefer to just watch it rather than know how it's done.

@MokongX3M - If ever you have the money and plan to buy a new animating and editing software I highly recommend Adobe After Effects, Franklin. You can do almost anything to a video once you've mastered the program. ;-)
