Nicolo Paganini (I bet I wrote it wrong:) was a genius in his times but now a 12 yo kid after 1 grade music school has his abilities:) Its unbeliveble! Its true! I've never liked buddy's playing that much. He was crazy fast but it seemed like the sound wasn't as important as playing crazy all over the place. I know Jojo took a lot of Buddy's technique, but he took almost none of his playing style it seems. Jojo seems cleaner too.

I've seen loads of drummers. But for example his left hand technique just is unique. No-one, here on youtube at least, does what he does with his left hand. That alone is enough to make him a god.

Then who has a better technique than Jojo? Especially on his left hand, I just haven't seen ANYONE perform the stuff that he does. And he can transform the techniques into feel and groove also. Many are fast, but cannot do some of the stuff Jojo does. Let's take a simple example; his moeller strokes on the snare where he plays LllL fast as hell, where accents are the capital letters. You hear this all the time in his d'n'b stuff. other drummers just don't do that that fast,from what I have seen.

No matter what gary did wrong later in his live Rock&roll has a everlasting fantastic basic beat and this guy loves that basic beat as much as i do i guess and is a hell off great drummer!.
