That dosen't suprise me at all. I just quit a job where the company owner was vietnamese and I can honestly say that it was the cheapest, most uncaring place I have ever worked Maybe it's the acceptable way Asians do business.
an automatic robot can do what these men are doing! in fact, they look like robots moving the plates, i don't think they should be doing that, but instead administering each robot like that.
DAMN!!!! Are they actually UNDER the moving platens of the press? No safety cages, hard hats, or photo-electric safety stops? CRAZY!!! It's like a factory from the 1920's O___o
How much is a Chinees worker's life worth after all? Looking at this probably much less than a bowl he is stamping. If this is how China wants to be a superpower than let them have it. We rather keep our rights in the west.
@unosta fucking idiot. China does not want to make cheap shit for the rest of world. The US military industrial complex has created a dynamic which leaves them few options. As the global "Hegemon", the US is the creator of a fiat currency which all other currencies rely on, there is nothing other countries can do about it because we also have the biggest military. So, the world is basically controlled by consumerist fat fucks in America. Libya tried to introduce the gold dinar... ooops!
@CashMassacre Well, if you have not been updated let me update you. China does not accept US Dollar as pay anymore and wants GOLD as payment. The sad truth is that if China decides to close all ports and make all the manufacturing companies theirs, as in Americans are not the true owners, America is screwed! We have nothing being produced besides weapons and military power. Another correction, China's Military Manpower = 4,585,000..... USA = 2,937,899
@unosta China may have man power, but we a have tons of bases and nukes etc. Whatever, I don't want war. If China wants to close their ports and make their factories their own, good. It would suck for the US in the short term but bring back manufacturing jobs and balance out the economy on both sides.
It looks like the press is stamping out metal bowls or pots, probably the cheap kind you get at the dollar store or Wal-Mart. Imagine this video next time you buy a cheap metal bowl someplace, is it worth it these people risk their lives so we can buy a metal bowl for $1.99? I think not.
I agree, but Wal Mart & China have a very tightly-knit relationship. Our government is indebted to China, as it buys billions in U.S. teasury bonds, every year. Hush money ?= Yes. Can the U.S. be bought ?= Always. Do people walking the aisles in Wal Maret care how the pot was made, regarding the conditions it was made under? =Even if you TOLD them, showed them this video, they'd laugh, then go buy the pot.
Looks safe to me....beats some auto feeding mechanism that could jam. White folks just to scared of machinery and stuff!
