The figure is really not that bad at all. The flaws that you pointed out, well they are kind of odd but for the construction of the figure fits well considering that it is a "first issue" captain america. The paint job, well that could be fixed. I will be buying another one tomorrow if i could still one. I have one right now and i fixed the paint problem and gave him the circular shield of the ultimate captain america issue 8. He looks good with that shield

the figure looks like it was from 10 years ago, it's painted like it was 10 years ago, I don't have it, but if it's breaking like the plastic was from 10 years ago.. then I say ebay the brood queen piece and pretend it never happened.

Hasbro has been making all Marvel Legends with some cheap plastic and cheap paint. The ToyBitz MLs didn't break as fast as these figures. Hasbro being a huge toy company doesn't really care about the customers. They only want our money.

Case in point , 1. cheap plastic , 2. the price tag is high as hell , & 3. Toy Biz is a lot better than Hasbro . Other than that : awesome all-star cast review !
