OK. First of all, I see only ONE instance of the taser being used. Yes the cop had the taser out and was threatening to use it and was even touching the man with it. It was not until it was actually fired that the man went to the floor. Second, it took THREE officers to restrain the old man BEFORE the taser was fired. The cop is trained on how and when to use his weapons in different situations and if he is being affect by a previous incident he either should not be working or should be allowing one of the other officer handle the situation. I can understand maybe you want to play devil's advocate to most of the other post but you need to come up with something better than that. This will force law enforcement to develope their communication skills and their interactions with the public. It will stop them from working from an ego and power hungry position. They will have to work on a much different level if they do not have tasers and immediate access to firearms. They would be less bullying and it would also help their public image.

I had a reply telling me that no deaths have been attibuted to using tasers. That is same lie that tobaco used for there product. Of coarse electrocution causes death. Get a clue! The killings have been covered up! Wake up people you can not have mass electrocutions and not have people getting murdered from it. Most people get a small enough dose of it and are strong enough to survive the attack but some get killed by the electrocution. They use high votage as a punishment/execution !

When the body is overloaded with adrenaline and the suspect is a harm to others and his/herself! My advice to everyone is to not let cops mistreat you, know your rights and whenever confronted by cops, immediately pull out the camera phone and start shooting as a cops attitude will instantly change if he knows he is being recorded.

OK. First of all, I see only ONE instance of the taser being used. Yes the cop had the taser out and was threatening to use it and was even touching the man with it. It was not until it was actually fired that the man went to the floor. Second, it took THREE officers to restrain the old man BEFORE the taser was fired. If you don't want to get tased, don't fight with cops. How hard is that to understand?
