Played my Andrew Gold cd last weekend for the first time in months and have been singing the songs ever since. Only found out on Monday that he had died. I love his music - even named our daughter Genevieve. RIP Andrew

Andrew Gold was always one of my favorite pop.......I started to say singers, then thought I should add songwriter. Then decided guitarist should be added, but I can't forget about keyboards, oh and drums, and arranger and producer, well everything musical. Real funny guy! I'll miss him too!  Rod

@skeprod224 I chatted a few times via e-mail w/him on AOL when I first had an internet connection, probably in `97. Nice fellow. I saw him among the members directory and he responded back. Thoughtful, clever writer and friendly. I'm not surprised to see that he was funny, too.

@cindyshealed I met him once real briefly about 1976-77, before his 2nd lp. their's a small indie comedy call "the God complex" that he has a part in but I haven't seen it yet.
