Seriously rubbing it in, playing Rammstein in the interludes at Download, when they were playing Sonisphere a month later who Download had been trying to book for years.
Hey anyone remember the Cup Ninja?? it was me!! i would also like to add i made nearly £250 over the weekend and bought me a food booze drugs and other essentials as well as me being able to buy a full body diver's dry suit from one of the tents when it was raining... dry AND warm ;)
@warrmr yeah i know what you are saying but i mean there are waht about 150,000 people there? 2500 take maybe 6 or so hours over 3 days? it was pretty easy and i saw EVERYONE that i wanted to see... and it meant i had money to enjoy in the evenings too... see i didn't start doing it out of choice. the co-op in town we went to and i lost my wallet inbetween there and the main gate and it had my ticket in so i borrowed cash to get a new ticket and had to collect cups to pay my mates back and eat!
@hosker666 If that was the case then Fair play If i lost my wallet I would have been screwing and probably done the same. Silly question though but when you lost your ticket did you not think of going to the box office and explaining the situation. I assume you would have been able to call home and get your booking ref from your emails and hopefully the box office staff would have been sympathetic.
@hosker666 yeh but mate while you spent your weekend walking around looking at the floor litter picking, everyone else was at a festival enjoying the music
@olliemad to be fair dude i spent two hours in the mornings when i was hanging and there were shit all bands on i wanted to see as soon as a band i liked was coming on i mished over cashed em in bought a burrito and went and watched them. literally i didnt miss any good bands at all
i would just like to say, as jippo as it was, we got over 150 pound between 4 of us, n when everyone else is skint and sober....we were gettin fucked lol

@hosker666 at 10p per cup that means you must have collected around 2500 cups, so did you actually see any bands except the headliners.
I dont pay £200 to collect cups I pay that money to see bands but hey whatever floats your boat i suppose.
