  • Meyers had every right to be outraged at such bullshit. He shouldn't be apologizing for exercising his free speech.

  • N WHEN WE YELL ITS CALLED DISORDELY CONDUCT BITCHES BUT HE YELLS USES PROFANITY N ITS AHH HE DIDNT DO ANTYTHING AHH HES SO INNOCENT STFRU

  • see wut happens when a white kid mid 20s gets tasered shit a black 15 year old gets tased to death and its his fault fuck yall eat a dick im a keep doin yall dirty everytime i get a chance u cant come thru my block TOS

  • It's called free speech. Freedom to petition your governors for grievances and ask questions

    .

Not to beat hm down, like he's a Jew in 1930s Germany

    .

  • unfortunately, the constitution does NOT apply in Florida. it is a fascist police state.

  • well, as committed as you sound, i personally think a campus belongs to the students & student protests should be left alone so long as they are non violent/not breaking stuff

20 squads seems excessive but i dont know the whole situation maybe they were being violent

i guess i was mistaken when i assumed that people were allowed to congregate & protest stuff. clearly if a school admin can authorize police to arrest students for protesting, there is no 1st amendment anymore

  • "people can congregate and protest, under guidelines"

so then you arent actually free to protest in your country?

"Public safety, and order has to be taken into account"

and if the people protesting feel safe & arent harming anyone or anything?

"students are only there as a privilege extended by admin"

but the students pay the admin. without students there are no schools

    "Same as your house"

    not really

its actually the same as if you were paying the rent & i was keeping it clean

  • @Reggieworth Yeah. Last time I checked, the University of Florida was a state owned institution. That means it is owned by the citizens of the state of Florida & to be redundant, public property, administered by the state entirely & officially for the benefit of the public. No topic of discussion or questions directed at a public employee like Kerry, pertaining to that role, can be considered off limits. This is not "privilege", it is our right as citizens.

  • absolutely, this was a first come first seated 'open to the public' forum

if it was part of a debate class & an outsider showed up then caused a scene i can understand, but it wasnt, it wsant a church service where people had to be quiet, he wasnt violent or threatening anyone, even the judge agreed

    "administered by the state entirely"

therefor making rules to curtail speech would be unconstitutional right? the word 'blowjob' used appropriately should not prompt removal by force

  • @hammer555551

hey hold on a sec. i thought we werent discussing the andrew situation. you seemed to maturely state that its polarizing & pointless to try & convince

if you arent interested in our discussion then just say so. you posed a very interesting example & i looked forward to your views on who 'owns' a university

to me, students on their own campus should have free reign so long as they dont damage stuff or hurt people. otherwise its a factory not a school

  • careful of hammer, hes already admitted hes been a flamer on this video in the past. clearly he is very convinced that a state run school can curtail speech at the whim of administrators even for public functions

  • @hammer555551

sorry correction, we were talking about the university demonstration

'if Andrew had yelled 'FIRE!!!!' then you might have a point'

still stands but in order to avoid the Andrew situation let me also write:

IF the student protesters were yelling threats of violence you might have a point

you didnt specify so i have no way of knowing. however from your description of being able to calmly approach the ringleaders i dont expect they were threatening violence

  • @hammer555551

"Hey, I studied criminal procedure for 21 years"

so then you should be able to discuss this intelligently

"can remove anyone at anytime, for any reason, either morally right or wrong"

so wait a second. are you supporting this or just stating it as the present scenario?

if that is the case, no wonder so many people are angry. the constitution ends at university campuses even tho they are supposed to be a nurturing place for learning how to improve society. too bad

  • "they don't understand"

i think a lot of people DO understand & disagree with it

clearly if it was considered to be acceptable there wouldnt be so many people upset over it

if admin can use the police to remove student protesters by force even tho they are no threat & arent breaking stuff then the constitution is truly in the toilet

i hope you dont actually support such a thing. i mean, i support the right to do it if someone comes in your home or utters threats but not that!

  • @hammer555551

so, while you are here. how about 'explaining the principle' if for instance a group of administrators were 'protesting' in a manner the students considered disruptive to their studies or w/e

do they have a right to ask the police to remove them by force if necessary?

i mean, if admin [who dont own the university either] can give police permission to violate the constitution, surely the students should get to do it too

  • "you can not remove the ADMIN!! LOL!!"

    we did

"Just like I can't go to your mother's house, and order her out!!"

its not 'just like' that at all

"Find someone else to lead your cause"

what cause? you are the one who seems committed to some cause

what im interested in is why a group of adults would live on a youtube video for years harassing random people. maybe you have an explanation for that

anyway, you are boring.. and unable to hold a discussion. goodbye

  • Effing Illuminati government of USA (Under Satan's A*s).

  • What kind of society is the USA? Look how many cops in such an event ...mercy how bad the USA has become! There is absolutely no need for arrest let alone to taser the guy, except the jails are operated by corporations and they want prisoners to become cheap laborers so the criminal owners of the jails get rich. How much more corrupt can our society become?...the cops are so unprofessional, yet with their guns aginst unarmed civilians...they dare... the cowards they are...

  • "he & rest of them should be fired &/or in jail"

its funny how you hold contempt for elected officials yet you support the rules they make & the police they hire to enforce em

    "Wrong & wrong"

why are you so upset when people post their opinions?

i know it makes you really angry that most everyone agrees that what he did wasnt enough to be handled by police, even the judge let him off remember

you clearly think a minor outbreak should be dealt with by police, others dont

    find a new hobby TROLL

  • "He agreed to probation for several months"

which he didnt serve. he went right back to school. if you actually looked up the information instead of repeted the rantings of redrumrob you would know that

    "All the cops"

why? for talking out of turn he should have been told to sit down

its funny that some people think police should remove people by force for breaking a forum rule. he had already been scolded by Kerry. what would have been so bad about allowing him to hear the answer?

  • "the agreement was that he stay out of trouble for 18 months"

but everyone has to stay out of trouble already.. i heard the probation condition was dropped & he went right back to school anyway

    "You can't decide"

actually i can. i did & now you are commenting about what i decided

when adults have a discussion they often point out what might have been done differntly then discuss the merits & possible outcomes

i think police intervention was excessive & precipitated the major disturbance

  • "Probation wasn't to keep him in school"

didnt say it was. you cant read either? i wonder if its a disease you caught from rummy & batman

    "you're just lying to people"

its in the wikipedia article so i guess thats all lies then huh

"he even claimed he had you banned form Youtube"

its funny when you guys lie about what ive said. it just shows that you know you have been EXPOSED & are grasping at straws congratulations

  • "Probation means he's under scrutiny"

    yup

    read the wiki

it really makes you angry that he didnt end up in trouble over this huh

"for causing a disruption when he yelled "

    yes, talked out of turn

"when he was told to leave"

fo a minor disturbance that he really should have been told to sit down for

if you read the university investgation into this they agree with me

you really need to find a new hobby loser. reading you guys whine about me to each other is pathetic

  • @hammer555551

"We can argue this forever, it's a done deal"

    i agree

my concern is that some people have decided to reside on this video comments in order to pick fights with people continually by posting inflammatory comments

redrumrob & thebatman have been attacking & harassing random people for years over this. clearly there are varying opinions on how the police reacted, you guys are just taking advantage of the disagreements to perpetuate inane argument

  • @hammer555551

bingo. good on you for being intelligent enough to understand. perhaps you would like to explain it to thebatman & redrumrobin. they claim they are trying to change peoples minds but in reality they are just looking to argue with the people who dont agree with them. the comments dont lie

    peas

  • "This is a polarizing video. Everyone feels strongly about it, one way or the other."

and that is why a group of adults have been residing on the comments for the last FOUR YEARS picking fights. its a ploy first devised by a 14 yr old BBS user in the 80s. pick a polarizing topic then stonewall any dissent from your view & watch sparks fly

especially when the topic involves police & then the claim is that if you disagree you must 'hate police' which causes more argument still

  • my honest opinion is that once Kerry accepted to hear Andrew's questions there was a 1st amendment right to continue that discourse

once the question was asked there is a reasonable expectation to be allowed to hear the answer

not only did the police lady intimidate the student while posing his questions but then removed him with force before the answer was given

..weather or not it was a constitutional violation, the forcible removal at that time escalated the disruption

  • @Reggieworth Exactly correct! The situation was unnecessarily escalated to a very predictably outraged reaction on Meyer's part, by the police, providing the superficially plausible cover for what they did next! I think it was a deliberate ploy to derail & distract from his question & points. If not, it coincidentally worked very well toward that result...

  • @hammer555551 yeah F the Constitution! i think they should have an official ceremony to end the entire Bill of Rights! i also think we should give all our money to politicians and bankers who screw us in every way possible and i think they should make it law that everyone has to lick the boots of roided up cops with low IQ's every time one walks in the room! then America would truly be free!

  • @hammer555551 i've met a few good cops. unfortunately i didn't know about the Oathkeeprs at the time so I couldn't introduce them to that. but i hope more will wake up. hopefully many will start noticing the militarization of the local police forces and realize somethings up. hopefully they won't just get excited about all the new toys they're getting and realize that they're being prepped to manhandle the dissenting public

  • @garywingrove "..they should have an official ceremony to end the entire Bill of Rights!" I know you're being facetious but ironically, the Magna-Carta which of course is the Constitution's historic precursor, was disavowed, along with the concept of the absolute right to trial by a jury of fellow citizens, in just such a ceremony on the banks of the Runnymede; the very sight where it was signed. Tony Blair wanted to establish that government could deny this at it's arbitrary whim

  • @garywingrove ctd. So you are quite correct; we are internationally entering a new, high tech, dark age of tyranny! It is rapidly booting up all around us and it depends upon a dumbed-down army of unquestioning goons as enforcers, with an attack-dog mentality toward all who would challenge the authority of their masters; i.e. those who feed them and dole-out their "thirty pieces of silver" to violate the natural rights of their fellow citizens.

  • @garywin.. That little ceremony happened some years ago, but it surely indicates where we are also. U.S.politicians & bureaucrats show their contempt for our Bill of Rights on a daily basis. Meyer was obnoxious, 'could've made it much more difficult for Kerry if he'd comported, but the evidence re: S&B collusion & massive vote fraud trumps lack of deference. He was allowed to speak; 'would've cost nothing to let he & Kerry finish normally & sort out behavior issues afterwards.

  • Someone needs to tase this loud mouth crybaby.

  • @iwannapunchahippy

Excuse me. I am not the one using vile language and insults against another man who has respected you enough to exchange ideas. Since you obviously do not have the self control to write with dignity, I don't think your opinions are worth addressing.

  • @iwannapunchahippie

So the penalty for acting like a "clown" or a "jackass" is to have a government boot stomping down on a human face? I don't know what country you live in, but the country I loved had something called a constitution as well as a bill of rights. You know, that thing which LIMITS the government?

You got one thing right. All I see is a world which is turning away from freedom and straight into the arms of Statism.

  • @iwannapunchahippie

When I wrote "beaten" I was referring to a societal mindset that encourages compliance through fear and intimidation. Not that I see much of a difference.

Also, why should anyone be pulled over for speeding? What is so bad about doing 70 on the highway?

  • They need to renew this video - the audio is messed up from being viewed so many times. You cannot hear it any longer.

  • Haha the founding fathers were free masons they teach that in senior year government class it's common knowledge they're a brother hood that defends freedom those cops werent mason they're skull n bone infiltrators I love when people think they're sosmart from doing research on the Internet when all Internet resources are reliable and fabricated by jobless bums living on welfare for heavens sake the masons built solomons temple or so they claim they did but they are good people

  • COPS ARE FREEMASONS F.O.P. FRATERNAL ORDER OF POLICE!!! LOOK IT UP!! DEATH TO FREEMASONS!!

  • @ProConstitutioner it is a police union...

  • @commonsenseisgone1 You moron!! Do the research, it's a union for FREEMASONS. Get some common sense you nut job!! My Unlce used to be a cop, he's knows what the FOP is, and it took my own research skills the figure out he's a freemason, and I found out about the FOP before knowing he knew about it. I asked him about it one day.

  • I think he got what he deserved. If he didn't want to get tasered then he should have just listened to what the police said. Get out, don't resist, get on your stomach...these are easy things to do. My dog can listen to these demands.

  • @SlapdashRhapsody Your right if the police tell you to suck some dudes dick and you don't do it, you deserve to be tasered and killed.

  • @Anonpartition First off, no one go killed. Secondly, you are a dumb-ass. That type of mindset is what is contributing the downfall of society. I hope you don't have spawn to pass this dribble onto as something disguised as an actual thought. Scary...

  • @SlapdashRhapsody You're right, no one got killed, merely tortured. And what type of mindset is contributing to "the downfall of society"? The mindset that a man can speak without being beaten?

How about patience? How about tolerance? How about a limit on the laws that is murdering any spirit in society?

  • i agree. he was given an invitation to ask his question, the kid should have been allowed to hear the answer without police intimidation

  • @SlapdashRhapsody People aren't dogs. But you clearly won't comprehend that.

  • @SlapdashRhapsody Why in the first place was he asked to leave?

  • Kerry is a big phoney! Tazing after handcuffed is brutality. Beating on someone is a poor way of restraining anyone.

  • never mind mamacornett, hes clearly the latest loser TROLL to infect this video comment section. along with thebatman & his sidekick redrumrobin who have been harassing & attacking people for their opinions here [for the last FOUR YEARS] he lives in denial of the fact that a lot of people disagree with the use of taser for simple compliance

each time they see someone point out the police acted less than perfectly they blow a fuse & go on the attack

    please dont feed the TROLLs

  • Kerry is a big phoney!

  • Waterboarding is not torture. Unless you ask the United States Navy Seals who say it IS torture. To get to be a navy seal you have to go through hell and back.

To me a Navy Seal is a man's man. If they say its torture then it torture no matter what Dick Chaney says.

  • god i fuckin hate cops man lols

this tiny dicked pig prick on the fuckin phone needs to seriousli get laid n stfin hell up lols

WOW STFU U STUPID NONSENSICAL JEALOUS FAGGIT LOLS ALL PIGS HAVE TINY PENISES CANT GET LAID AND ARE INSECURE MORONIC LOSERS LOLS FACTS BWHAHAHA LOLS LOSER SORRI BUT YEA FAGGITS LOLS ;.

  • @ry3304 I would have liked to arrest you, you dick-licker. We would have knocked you down and pounded your head in. I would not try to make the bruising visible, but if you fought hard, then I would have caved your head in. Yes, I would sure like to slam your face into the dirt, so you came up with your face covered in mud. Now, go fuck your boyfriend Andrew up his ass, you faggot.

  • Clearly "hammer55555" is an inferiority complex. Were you teased as a child there little guy? That's most likely your main reason for resorting to "law enforcement". Does it make you feel superior to beat up a helpless student with four of your friends. Freedom of speech you dumb fuck.

  • @sandrachenier HA!HA!HAH! Too bad I couldn't have arrested you, you ugly bitch!! I would have liked to slam you against the cruiser, and put you on the ground, and forcibly pulled your dirty arms back, and cuffed the shit out of you. Do you have a nice ass, and big juggs? Are you cute?? Wow, that would have really been fun pounding you, you slut. I'd shut your mouth by stuffing my cock in it!!!

  • @hammer555551 yup this would be the common cop. i hope more of you die soon because im tired of you guys being terrorists to the same people who pay taxes for you to protect them. the people will have enough of you guys soon enough. if only there were more cop killers to put you in check. they would be the real heroes of today compared to your guys treatment. notice no one here likes you? its the same in the real world. was a time when you guys were liked, its long gone. freedom of speech buddy.

  • @hammer555551 they did harm him. what the problem here is people actually believe conspiracy like this and in that case i dont think it was a bad question to ask. it was simple yes or no and then he could have sat back down. but the real disruption came when he was attacked. and thats not how you made it sound about the girl. also in even that case you have issues. psychology says on what you just said is a low self esteem and power hungry and your likely to harm people weaker then you.

  • @muaythaijunky Hey, we don't agree on this situation, OK ? I believe Andrew Meyer had it all planned to disrupt this forum. OK, it's my opinion that the kid is a punk, and a smart ass. The courts decided it. He got some minor criminal charges. He tried to sue civilly, and lost a reported $250,000 with his family, OK? Now, as far as me roughing-up a bitch who's being a fighting punk...yeah, I'd like to rough her up, and I'd be glad to do it. If she had big juggs, and a nice ass it would be fun.

  • @hammer555551 by the way without your gun and badge your not shit. i told a cop once to take them off after he challenged me. he shut up real quick. they all would. seeing what you say i have to hand it to you, you sound like a real cowered to say youd beat up a hand cuffed girl. then again i expect no less from a cop. the fact that you say you hate the guy and then come out with this says allot on whose side we should take. in Texas we have guns and you wouldnt make it with that crap.

  • @muaythaijunky I didn't say I'd beat up a cuffed girl, but if she was cute with a nice ass, and big juggs, then yes that would be very exciting, roughing her up, if she was resisting. Not punching her, but trying to hold her down, and stuff like that would be fun!! You still should not like Andrew Meyer. Kill Andrew Meyer's shorts!! I hate his shorts! Please kill his shorts!

  • pigs

  • The cops here were very courteous to Andrew Meyer. I and cops I worked with would have slammed this kid to the floor, and dragged him up the aisle, out of there. He deserved to be injured. He wanted trouble, he got it. It was doomed from the start. You people are being made fools of, by Andrew Meyer. I hate this kid beyond words.

  • "It's not a deadly weapon even though people have died from it." Really?? There's a young man at my local bank branch who has permanent nerve damage in his forearm from being TASED. Permanent nerve damage is not acceptable punishment for talking back to a police officer. Cops berate citizens every single day. They should not be allow any force greater than what citizens can defend themselves with. No physical force EVER unless truly threatened.

  • @tarbmuffinable You're an idiot... broken arms? Where the hell are you from...

  • @tarbmuffinable There was never a need to forcibly remove or detain this individual. The police have become power-tripping storm troopers of our day who you can't argue or disagree with. When you do, you're forced to deal with the 'consequences'.

You seem like the exact type of person that'd have someone question you as a police officer and then immediately get pissed off and slam them face first into the ground for "becoming aggressive" or "resisting". Go back to hunting redneck.

  • PUNISH THE PIG!!!!

  • taze john kerry shoot those pigs

  • Law Suit!

  • Don't you worry, fascists. This will happen to your children too. We can't all be in the Gestapo.

  • @mamacornettesmoney

No. Your children will curse you for being a fat, lazy, ignorant cow. They will despise your subservience to a corrupt and brutal system. Nothing will save you from what is sure to come.

  • @mamacornettesmoney

If you think this is about one person, think again. Don't you worry your pretty little head about it though, because this country is going down the toilet. When it does, I want you to look at history and tell me how people in police state countries view collaborators, snitches and spies. What was their ultimate fate once people take their country back? Hint: it wasn't pretty.

  • @mamacornettesmoney

So they didn't tazer him when he was already handcuffed and on the ground?

I suppose he deserved that too, right?

  • thats y this shit happens "its america"

  • It's funny how the public try to reason and align with the cops who used force that couldn't be used according to the 'law'. And if used it shouldn't be in that kind of an situation. For sure you have to be dumb if you didn't see that the force on that 'kid' (I guess you can say that from him, in those days) it was an sensory. As they really started to act after he had finished the question, but this is an old thing already but it doesn't make it right.

  • You know who else was loud, theatrical, and provocative? Patrick Henry when he said, "Give me Liberty or give me Death!" Fascism isn't something that is just around the bend, America; it's already here.

  • @hammer555551 You must be as ignorant as the cops who tased this man for exercising his right to freedom of speech. What would you see as commendable, being silent while tyranny ruins this once-great nation -- as silently complacent and apathetic as the Germans who let Hitler drive Germany into Imperialism, Ignorance, Genocide, War, and Totalitarianism (gee, sounds like present America)? You won't capture the hearts of the People or discover an ounce of wisdom by cussing in your self delusion.

  • OUT LAW TASERS PEOPLE !!!!! COPS are not responsible enough to have these weapons they are just toooooo quick to pull out there tasers!!!!!!

  • The only case of death is when in combination with illegal drugs.

  • here it is the new world order!!!welcome america in fascism

  • Of course he LOVES it if it happens at a Republicon town hall.
