Chris Benoit was simply AWESOME in the Wrestling Ring. With the exception of AJ Styles and Kurt Angle there is NO ONE in Today Wrestling Era that can match the Passion or the Skills that Benoit done over the Years. I think its time to give Benoit the status he deserves and place him in the Hall of Fame but the WWE will NEVER do that because they are sacred of the reactions to that idea and will lose the PG Kiddy Status that they have now.

His brain damage came not from drug abuse but from tons of untreated concussions throughout his career performing us and doing what he loved.

I believe Kevin Sullivan may have been involved. Maybe I just don't want to believe the truth. I'm not sure. But I choose to remember him as an amazing wrestler, instead of trying to judge what kind of man he was or wasn't.

I'm gonna be completely honest. When he wrestled I didn't care much for him, and when he died I truely did thought he killed his family. I hate myself for that reason, cause I started to realize he was one of the most important people in wrestling. R.I.P Chris.

What chris did to his family was wrong but he probably wasn't normal when he did all that. He had brain damage, report said his brain was identical to that of a 90 year old because of all those steel chair shots and especially those flying headbutts. Tests conducted on Benoit's brain tissue revealed he did in fact suffer from severe chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE), and had brain damage in all four lobes of the brain and brain stem. Bailes and his colleagues concluded that repeated concussions can lead to dementia, which can contribute to severe behavioral problems.

But sometimes drugs and painkillers are needed, Chris had to use painkillers in his neck fusion surgery.
Drugs cause a lot of trouble but sometimes they are needed in physical stuff like football and wrestling.

Roid rage happens for maybe 5 to 15 mins max, the events took place over a weekend. It wasn't the drugs it was his mind. Upon an autopsy the doctors found Benoit had the brain of an 85 year old with Alzheimer's and severe frontal lobe damage. This can cause things such as paranoia and schitzophrenia. His brain damage came not from drug abuse but from tons of untreated concussions throughout his career performing us and doing what he loved.
