I don't agree with this, because sometimes fathers aren't around because they don't have their stuff together. I wasn't raised by my dad, but that is only because he was abusive and an alcoholic. He chose himself over his wife and children. I was raised by a black women who understands a lot of the problems in the black community; so I am never quick to judge and try to keep an open mind. (It's hard sometimes though =/) Even with that even I've made some mistakes, but I learn from them.
