The key lights are the lights hitting the interviewer and their guest. There are (in this case) 6 lights: 3 for Emily and 3 for Craig. There's 2 in the front at a 45 degree angle from the person to hit ech side of the face and one behind them to light them from behind. The Key Light itself is the light to the left of the person.
