  • There's just one thing i have to disagree: actually there are separate exercises for lower and upper abs just like there are for biceps, triceps, quadriceps or any other muscle/ muscle groups you can think of. Let's take biceps for example: if you lean forward with your arms hanging down and start to lift weight for biceps, by looking at your body and arm position you can find out that the upper biceps is already cramped together so the only part of the muscle which can execute the lifting...

  • @CattleCluj ...motion is the lower part of the biceps. This is how you train your lower biceps. In an opposite way if you lean backwards with your arms hanging backwards your upper biceps will be more spread than the lower biceps so when you start the lifting motion the upper biceps will be the one executing the most of the action and this is how you train your upper biceps. I could go on and on explaining how this technique works for other muscles as well as abs but i guess you get the idea.

    The weirdest thing is when you go at the gym, the first program of exercises they recommend you to do have 3 to 4 kinds of crunches!! So you'll have to do 100 PER DAY ! I Stopped doing these craps and doing just 50 per week,so I have more time to do the real set of exercises that actually MATTERS!

  • @Reflexedplayer There is no point in getting ripped abs if you have no muscle. You need to bulk up (gain weight) and start lifting weights. In order for you to build muscle you need to go on a calorie surplus. Naturally you're gonna put on some fat during this process. So again no point in getting ripped yet. You need to bulk up, gain muscle and then cut. To gain 1 pound you need to accumulate +3000 surplus calories. So eat +500 calories each day to gain a pound in a week.

    No way! If you stop eating you are making a big mistake. You have to eat healthy and 5,6 maybe 7 times a day. Oh and don't forget to drink enough water!
