Turns out someone had built paper ballons (rice paper, sticks, glue, and a whole lot of time), hung a lit candle underneath, and let them go, flying away like little hot air balloons. Why did people "know" they were UFOs? The guy had painted "UFO" on the side. Always wanted to mess with lots of people like that

I have seen footage of weird glowing stuff falling from the chemtrails. It looks like that to me.
