@XxDarkFangxX92 Here in America it's sometimes sold as "club soda". You can buy it at a grocery store. Liquor stores have it too (almost universally), since it's an ingredient for several mixed drinks. I think it's just carbon dioxide gas and sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) dissolved into water. You might ( could be completely wrong) be able to just mix baking soda and water together and get the effect. Or, you could add a cup of sugar and yeast to carbonate it.. Or, go out and buy a bottle :)
