Once the developers get in, all they have to do is pay off politicians and you can kiss Molokai good-bye. All it takes is for the local and State gov't to rezone an area. Look at Oahu. It's losing it's character and local charm faster than ever. What will there be worth protecting in the future?! Who will even care. Once the beauty is detroyed, it becomes easier and easier for the cancer to spread!
