LOOOVE it. This tune, for whatever reason God has for me, has been playing in my head for over a week now. I really appreciated Mr. Nevue talking afterward about his recording experience. I simply try to record and capture SATB vocals on my keyboard (yes, one note at a time) for my praise band singers who don't read music, so I can make a CD for them to listen to in their car to imbed the SATB part in their head. And it takes HOURS! Because I screw up just one note, or timing...
Sorry pepnpanz but I got in first .I have actually applied to the courts and have the relevant adoption papers in my possession!!! I was also thinking that I should get a DNA test carried out as I am sure that he must be my child!. Seriously though is there a CD of his music available to purchase.

heres the story behind the song: a man had a family of 4 daughters and one son with lots of property in pre fire chichago. well he lost most of his property in the fire and sent his family on a cruise to england. on the way to england, the boat sank and his son and 3 daughters died. after all that, he wrote this song.
Positively beautiful. I think David excells with hymns. Love them all, especially "As The Deer", one of my all-time favorite hymns from the first time we ever sang it in worship.
