Lead generation. Typically the most dreaded aspect of a Real Estate agent's day, but the most necessary. Since incorporating ActiveRain into my lead generation regimen, I now enjoy, and look forward to my lead generation duties.

I am very passionate about ActiveRain myself, not only as a full time employee, but because the staff, the members, and the co-workers have literally changed my personal and business life. The only way I'm leaving will be in a box carried by my best 6 friends! :-))

I can't say enough about how great ActiveRain is. I absolutely love it as a professional Realtor on the Emerald Coast of Florida, and as a great fan of informative articles/posts/blogs by Agents from all over. I admit to being quite inspired on topics to discuss in my personal blog, but also to being fully reminded of what's important in the Real Estate Community from both the professional perspective AND from the perspective of Buyers and Owner/Sellers.
