it would be cool but i am having lots of trouble finding someone who wants to take time out to film me. i need to find a new location, perhaps outdoors where i can set up a tripod i guess. otherwise you have to get john from growingyourgreens. it is at his house that i have the pull up bar

well, the point is to relax the back but behind my knees starts to hurt. i can go forever on a slant board or an inversion table but staying on the bar longer than 10 mins becomes stressful on the body which is counter productive, plus youtube vids cannot be any longer than that anyway, love you muchly, nova
