Haha, he wasn't mad, he was excited! My dog looked alot like yours, just no patches, and he used to do this all the time whenever I came home, or sometimes if you looked at him in this weird way and made a suddon movement. I would swipe my hands at him when he came close and he would play attack them, then blast off around a corner again and come back. Havanese dogs have alot of character, I miss mine alot.
