  • Dude the net gear thing you are showing is out of date when i open it up nothing like that happens

  • IPv4: Configuration Method: DHCP when i'm up to find the ip things this is what it says for pv4

  • thx so much dude :D

  • hey i cant get in the netgear website!

  • It Just Says You don't have permission to access /WGR614v6/pforward.cgi on this server.

  • you should make a vid to show of your server.... especially waff town. i heard its epic as. also you should put the server back up.

  • Thanks dude this really helped me out.

  • @TherealandyCP wait is your server a Hamachi server or Portforwarded?

  • But if I change it to 0, can I spawn in items? BEcause that is very important.

  • @TherealandyCP dude say /give [your name] [item id] [amount]

  • @iTazFilms Its not letting me.

  • @TherealandyCP Then you haven't properly implemented Bukkit onto your server as it is a default command.

  • @TherealandyCP are you op? if not go into the folder where you server is and look for ops put in your name in the text document or go to the console (the run program where its running your server) and type "op [Your Name]" but with out the " and [

  • @iTazFilms Yes, I am an op. I don't understand any of this. :'(

  • @TherealandyCP umm ill take a pic try this and see if it works

  • @TherealandyCP Yes, either download TooManyItems, use the /give command, or grant yourself creative mode by typing /gamemode [Username] 1.

  • Uhh? since when did 1.9 come out besides the PR's you mean 1.8 right?

  • @iTazFilms Well, this process applies to any version of Minecraft, as long as you have the corresponding CraftBukkit.jar file. Additionally, more viewers will be searching for how to create a 1.9 server rather than 1.8 as it is the newest "version" - if you will to Minecraft. By doing this, I can help a significantly larger amount of viewers rather than fewer.

  • @videomaker180 oh lol xD

  • I am SO SO SO sorry for all these questions but, now when I destroy a block, it goes away in 1 click, and it doesn't drop the block. And I still can't spawn in items.

  • @TherealandyCP Check the server.properties file in your server folder. I guarantee you the issue is the game-mode is set to 1 instead of the default 0. If it is set to 1, you will be granted creative mode where you can destroy blocks with one click and they don't drop items. Change the game-mode to 0, save the file, and restart the start.command.

  • Oh, I just fixed the thing where I can't destroy blocks, but now I can't spawn in items.

  • I don't have the essentials plug-in, and it is still not working. I have put my username and my friends username in the ops.txt part of the folder. This is really confusing. :(

  • Hello, I just have 1 more question. First let me say I am sorry for all the questions. My question is that how do you make it where me and my friend can destroy blocks? I also have 1 more question. What is the command I type in the chat for me to spawn in items? Thanks a LOT. :D

  • @TherealandyCP First, declare yourself as an operator in the ops.txt in your server folder. If that doesn't work, you most likely have the Essentials plug-in installed in which case you must create permission nodes in the GroupManager portion of Essentials. Also, if you have Essentials, simply input /i [Data Value] or if you don't have Essentials, type /give [Username] [Data Value] [Quantity]. (Without the brackets, of course).

  • Thanks! Ill will try that. Oh, and I already "liked" your vid. It is like the ONLY clear and understanding vid. I hope you make more mine craft vids. And I am going to subscribe. :D

  • I have 1 more question please, I recently made a mistake and had to start over. :( Well I now have another problem. I follow the first steps and after I rename the file to craftbukkit.jar, I double click it and it does nothing. So I started over and then it worked, but instead of 12 things popping up, only 3 did. So I started over so many times and only those 2 things happen. What do I do?

  • @TherealandyCP Download the pre-built server in the description of the video and then proceed to the next step. Also, if you could "Like" the video, I'd greatly appreciate it. :D

  • When I click server.properties, it brings up a message saying that there is no application set to open the document. PLEASE help me.

  • @TherealandyCP As I mentioned around 1:50, select 'Choose Application' then locate the TextEdit application on your hard drive and double-click it.

  • plz plz plz!!!! vid on how to get citizens for the mac bukkit! PLZ I NEED IT!

  • why does it say 1.9 when this is 1.8

  • @oliver93137 They're interchangeable so long as you download the appropriate CraftBukkit.jar file.

  • @videomaker180 Actually Craftbukkit hasn't come out with a version for 1.9 for 2 reason. 1) 1.9 has not come out yet. 2)They spend so much time on craftbukkit that they cannot put out craftbukkit versions for pre-releases.

  • ur vids are beast drew, just pure beast

  • @cubstub Thank you!

  • Make sure you have enough RAM before allowing X amount of runtime parameters. Otherwise you can brick your pc. Nice guide for MAC users. =]

  • @TakeOnNE1 Good point, sir. Check your RAM by selecting the Apple logo in the upper-left hand corner. From here, a window should pop up which reveals your system's specifications.

  • @videomaker180 Another thing that works is side-clicking "My Computer" & going to properties. =]

  • Nice tutorial +1

    But I don't own Macintosh :D

  • @robrok2010 Thank you, glad you enjoyed! I may upload a Windows tutorial in the near future, so stay tuned!

  • when i start my bukkit server.jar thing in the beginning nothing happens

  • @cubstub Try downloading the pre-built server in the description.

  • Hope to see more minecraft tutorials from you soon, great video!

  • @Muaaz5903 Thanks, I love hearing positive feedback!
