  • @BlueDemonofFire "Fewer Cutscenes"? Try only an ending cinematic for each of the three campaigns, and nothing in between.

BTW, I'm not sure if I asked this before in another video, but are you planning on doing a certain Brood War Zerg mission quickly, if you know what I mean?

  • @Shadohime That's why it felt like they put more effort into each and every cutscene. This cutscene, however, feels more like this in my mind:

"Okay, we've got the acid trip and the triumphant invasion. Any ideas for a third zerg cutscene? We need one to even things out."

"I know, how about seeing a bunch of mutalisks, guardians, and orverlords going through a portal in space!"

    "Brilliant!"

As for you question, planning to but I'll be up against Zeratul..he's a crafty bastard.

  • @BlueDemonofFire Well Broodwar is pretty much another game. This first one, Starcraft has each faction's campaign having around that number. Guess they thought it would be good for a cut scene, showing the Zerg going through their warp rift heading for Auir. Nothing to me feels that it is filling space on some kind of checklist. It may not add anything but it certainly doesn't take away either. But just like most things you seem to talk about in commentary, it's a matter of opinion.

  • Well to answer your description, it's just the theme they have going on where every campaign gets about 3 or so cut scenes. .

  • @DimensionalIce Seem to recall that Brood War had fewer cutscenes, and those cutscenes actually said/showed something. This is just looking pretty and filling a space on a checklist..
