How did he not dominate after the first period? It was 4-2 going into the second. the final score was 11-6. meaning he took him down and twice more during the match. So what if it was on metcalfs shot. I am a college wrestler, and getting a takedown on and opponent's shot is just as acceptable as shooting. what really matters is that what is the score at the end of the match? 11-6 caldwell dominated. Metcalf found it easy to take him down with 20 seconds left. would not have made a dif.

Cadwell was prob thinking, holy shit I am tired, and I need to take some time to think about how I am going to finish this match. This is perfectly legal. You get time for injury which has no definition. Besides, caldwell proved that he is the much better wrestler. Give him credit. he made metcalf look like a tool.

Metcalf did not have a chance after that those first two take downs. Then we can truely see in the second period after the scramble with 15 seconds left...Metcalf does not even try very hard to escape...he is broke. This is somewhere that Metcalf has never been.

for pushing him after the match was over is why i call him a loser. he lost it and is lucky Caldwell did not land on his neck as i would guess criminal charges could of been filed. The time on the clock,was gone and the rapid fire whistle was blowing in Mutcalfs ear hole and it was 6 to 8 feet out of the circle when he pushed him. That is retarded. Firstly...you have 1:30 in injury time that is LEGALLY allowed by each wrestler, no matter what it is for. I am a college wrestler, and Ive used that time to compose myself when I needed it. Every point that darrion scored, he earned. How could he cheat. Metcalf cannot rely on third period comebacks. Darrion said it right in his interview...I know he is a third period wrestler, so I tried to score the points earlier in.
