I can't find sources which don't lump the latter three together, but I imagine it's close. Now, considering that just 10 years after this poll millions upon millions of Irish would leave, and another million would die, it's safe to assume that numbers have never been an issue. The problem has never been spirit, it's been method.

@UllrPallson When I say England I refer to the UK (England being the most prosperous part). So 13 Million and 7 million? I was right of course. And I would say that would have been.. 9 million in England, 1 million in Wales and 3 million in Scotland.
