  • Wow...she's right. "The Little Mermaid" began the new era of Disney classics. I'm proud to say that I lived through the best times; TLM came out a year after I was born.

  • my middle name is Ariel

  • Why couldn't they have included this as an extra on the second disc of the Special Edition of The Little Mermaid?

  • that's not alyssa milano!! no wayyyy

  • @sabrinajaine92 yes that is alyssa milano watch who is the boss and you'll see

  • whait..................Ariel married at the age of 16 years old??? what kind of message is that??

  • Why do they digitally restore the classic disney movies we grew up with? nothing was wrong with them before if you ask me.

  • little mermaid disney porn is better

  • Comment removed

  • I think this movie is the pinnacle of disney movies along with Beauty and the Beast, these movies easily overcome Snow white or Cinderella, which may be classics, but are painfully bland...

  • The host is practically the inspiration for Ariel ... it's no wonder they chose her for this.

  • i love this movie this my favorite movie and pirncess and wats soo funny the moviwe came outy in november 1989.. my brithday is november 16 1989.. i was destined to love this movie lol

  • Where are the other parts?

  • I'm the biggest fan of the beginning of this documentary. It's so magical. It's beautiful. Not to mention, Allyssa Milano is really talented. :)

  • did u know that prince erica voice actor cut off all his hair and grew a beard???

  • Before Disney makes any new movie they should have a lesson in what made Disney great . . . documentaries like this one should be require viewing for any employee.

  • @wuhnderland more people should think like you. YOU, I WANNA BE LIKE YOU, I WANNA WALK LIKE YOU, TALK LIKE YOU...well you know the song :D

  • Thank you SO much Ashman and Menken! Thanks to you, I slept better every night.

  • @MrOli80 Yeah. You're right. And it seems that children definitely DID had a childhood back in the days. But now they"re acting crappy wanting to be little whores.

  • @akawhippy I would quote that out in a piece of paper, rush to the current CEO of Disney, and bash the shit out of that in his face. Appreciate what you said.

  • I think I read somewhere that Melissa Fahn tried out for the role of Ariel.

  • OMG!! How old was Alyssa Milano!!!! I didn't know she did Disney!!

  • "For as long as you live under MY ocean, You live by my rules!"

    Wow! The whole ocean eh?

  • @Glameyes1 LOL, that's right

  • Christopher Barnes is truly ugly ~ 99% is me to bring it alive >:(

  • @xMarryTheNightx Could it be that you're just jealous?

  • Comment removed

  • :) Disney movies (from back then) make me all warm inside (;

  • I don't get it! Internet is flooded with Justin Bieber hate comments but strangely enough most people love him. And youtube disney videos are teeming with comments against Disneychannel but as far as I'm concerned it seems evrybody loves it, everyone watches that silly channel and all the world goes to Hannah Montana concerts. Conclusions:

    1. People are two-faced OR

    2. The only people who comment on internet are social misfits jealous that they can't get to love the crap "normal" people like.

  • She gives the finger at :29 "being kissed by a prince." lmfao

  • I don't know about everyone else but I love that old glowy cinematography that the 80's and 90's had.

  • @rafaelLEE93 I am with you there man it is a nostalgic look that can never grow old

  • @rafaelLEE93 this was also in the early 2000s and yes i prefer it to

  • OMG ALYSSA MILANO WHEN SHE WAS LIKE 17

  • prince Eric reminds me of Aladdin

  • This was my favorite movie when I was a kid.

  • this movie is my childhood... im only 16 but this film has been and still is my favorite disney film and i will love it no matter how old i get.

  • Hello, I heard that you have all these things from many Disney Laserdiscs and I was wondering if you had the Cinderella Making Of or the Cinderella comic from the Cinderella Laserdisc that you could post online or E-mail to me?

  • HOLY CRAP! Alyssa Milano is young!! hahaha

  • i'm from 89 and i love this film!!

  • aw shes soo cheesy but MY GOD so sincere!! <3 i love it!

  • ohmygosh eric!

  • omg! thts alyssa milano!

  • @Rock1chica that's actually not true, Disney said that the article that reported that wasn't true. Which is a good thing since they do have some more fairy tales planned. :)

  • so old jeez, before HD :/

  • @gotjesus13 disney's teaching kids great stuff, huh? (sarcasm) LOL

  • i love how shes 16 and she gets married..lol

  • @gotjesus13 and now she is the only mom out of the disney princess

  • Alyssa Milano became such a sex fiend.

  • I will say this right here and right now... ever since i was 10 years old (and im 27 years old) I LOVE THE LITTLE MERMAID!!!!!

P.S. Kenneth Mars (voice of Triton) R.I.P.

  • @sbarrow06 And don't forget Howard Ashman, who died 20 years ago.

  • @sbarrow06 and don't forget Howard Ashman. He died 20 years ago.

    R.I.P Howard Ashman

    (1950-1991)

  • Sooooo eighties, lol.

I've never seen Howard Ashman talk. I'm really glad that they interviewed him. Thanks for posting this!

  • The WHOLLE point of the little mermaid is that she dies ( like in the real story). . read

the actual story..its so much better. much more beautiful. not that i don't love this story i love this story

  • Now so many kids prefer music and rock , i wouldn't be surprised if Disney is planning to change because of the kids who prefer music and rock . But what i love about Disney the most is that they still make movies and the magic is still on

  • @Dcmcfmc1428 From what I heard Disney is going to start making their own original stories not based on other stories too much anymore. So i'm sure the magic in the movies will never die it will be interesting to see what kind of plots they come up with!

  • @futureanimatior they also said they arent going to be making anymore fairytale stories which is terrible because its what made them DISNEY

  • @rock1chica That was their original plan but that's not true as it was just a false rumor there making like 2 more fairy tales for 2012 and 2013.

  • 2D movies are dying out, and innocent classy movies are as well for children. It is a dying breed. My heart aches at the filthy(u-huh) trash in wal-mart I see on dvd/blu-ray for kids/adults. It is just SAD. Very sad. I said adults because I would be so fine if this was offered in stores and not crap. I love this movie. This movie was actualy not made and aimed at children. They just dont talk down to kids on movies like this, and one can see the result.

  • im so excited its a fork!

  • Spider-Man!

  • The reason why Disney sucks these days is because it's a corporate monster.

  • I'm 15 years old now so when this aired on the disney channel I wouldn't have even been born. I'm glad I've seen this and am quite pleasantly suprised by how they didn't treat kids like idiots back then. The artists don't seem to under estimate the childrens ability to be able to understand, show empathy and enjoy learning this productive information. Its very refreshing and has me very happy. My younger sister watches things like Hannah Montanna now which is kind of sad. R.I.P classic 2D.

  • @siobhans96 Classic Movies LIVE on.....2D animation MAY be dead, but a classic like mermaid will withstand against fads like hanna montana and all the others. To be considered a classic it has too and mermaid is one. No matter how perverted society is to date, and no matter how children are loosing inocence faster than loosing my bunny slippers, to be considered a classic mermaid will withstand the test of time. For It is one of the most celebrated movies in the disney canon.

  • Well... There's still the new Winnie the Pooh movie.

  • Yeah, I love the old Disney movies too but they have made a lot of really good movies recently. I think we forget a lot that 2D animation is no longer popular in the U.S. It's mostly done in Korea now.

  • @VictorianxLolita But (in my opinion) the Korean 2D sucks.

  • this movie has a romeo and juliet feel....in a sense

  • wow i dindt recognize her xD a charmed one ;p

  • I like the sound of Alyssa Milano´s voice narrating this^^

  • 2:43 - 3:00 .... isnt arils fins suppost to be green???

  • @Mus1cL0v3r192837 It's propably the video quality which makes her fins blue..

  • @Mus1cL0v3r192837 Ariel's tail color is NOT green actually. They invited a new color just for her its called "Ariel Blue". It's a mixture of blue & lime green. Which is why in some clips or pictures her tail may seem green. In others it seems to be blue. It's a nice color I love it. Ariel looks stunning I never get tired of looking at her she is the best looking Disney princess in my opinion there all beautiful but Ariel is special I grew up with her and She holds a special place in my heart

  • i miss the old disney too!!..but i have to say im glad theyve stopped making movies where the mothers are getting brutally murdered

  • Favorite Disney movie of all time!

  • Ariel looks so beautiful at 5:05... :)

  • Agree! Both, Ariel and Alyssa are so cute! XD

  • @starocelot true that!! did you know that Ariel was designed and drawn after Alyssa herself? pretty wild huh?

  • This music. It just always sends this warmth to me. Amazing amazing

  • Alan Menken is one of the greatest film composers in cinema history!

  • There are animated films great that have been produced since toy story. Monsters Inc. toy story 2 and 3, emporors new groove, bugs life, mulan, hercules, hunch back of notre dam, james and the giant peach. Yes, ALL of those are all disney movies after toy story. There's nothing like those classic disney movies like cinderella and sleeping beauty. But I think some of you guys are overreacting that there are no good disney movies anymore.

  • Comment removed

  • Just looking at these old classic Disney movies just makes me want to cry. The storyline, the animation, the creativity, and the effort put into these movies is just...fantastic! Unlike Disney animated movies (which are made digitally and with simple story lines), these movies not only entertain young viewers but educate them as well. There's always a lesson to learn behind each story. I'm 14 and I still felt the same emotions I felt since I was 5 ;)

  • Keep in mind, although teenagers and adults also enjoy this film as, it is primarily aimed at kids. And I'm sure when you were a kid, 16 seemed like such a grown up age to you. People who were 16 might as well have been adults, because they were teenagers, and they were 16, and they had proper boyfriends that they kissed and they were allowed to drive cars. So to little kids, the thought of getting married at 16 probably isn't as shocking as it is to teenagers. And by the time you actually are

  • I miss the old Disney channel

They need a Retro Disney channel to play all the old cartoons, thumbs up if you again

  • @laurencelikestopgun Yea they need some kind of boomerang disney channel.

  • @laurencelikestopgun it isn't like there is no demographic. Teletoon retro is doing well. Come on disney, we want Disney Retro not Hannah montana, shake it up and ant farm. I say we all protest

  • @laurencelikestopgun That's because the USA doesn't have the USSR as an enemy anymore.

  • @laurencelikestopgun what's it gonna take for that to happen? i'm getting depressed just thinking about it.

  • the best disney princess movie period .

  • And I'm done talking. -_- You guys are thorns in my ass. No matter how much "proof" and "logic" there is, you people don't have an argument.

Disney Princesses = Weak characters. 'Nuff said.

  • omg Alyssa milano

  • mss this disney :/, nowadays its all about miley cyrus and selena gomez. i wish disney wasnt a recording contract, and still made good films

  • @cmontgomeryx Did you see The Princess and the Frog?

  • The little mermaid (well majority of the disney princess's) are plain stupid. Ariel is a self concieved spolied brat. Her wanting "adventure" sugar coats what Ariel is. Isn't it funny how the lame girls in the movies are 'teenagers"? Yeah and don't forget NAIIVE! It's not a bright message, and these "toddlers and tiaras" are not THAT bright if all their dreams lies within a Prince.

  • @LizzieDoodle16 your dumb what little girl will search for a prince they probably dont find these princes attractive there attracted to the main character itself. The point of this story is for fathers to let your daughter grow up and take chances it isn't about finding love these stories are aimed at a older audiences but at the same time appeal to the younger kids too.You gotta think and dissect these movies you only see and hear what they say but never take the time to think of the point of it

  • @ItsFlapJack

LOL your dumb. Everywhere you see, girls talk about "Prince charming" and all that princess crap. I'm not going to even argue that point; it's that lame. Secondly Ariel is a young girl, so what growing up did she do? What trition needed to do was spank that little sushi. All she did was follow her horny impulses. The story would have made sense if she was a grown WOMAN. Your right on ONE thing, it isn't about love. Most disney movies are based on " You look good, now I want you!"

  • @LizzieDoodle16 this story was based a story already written ages ago! Keep in mind the time line of these princess movies back then they got married at age 11 and up! They never lived long like us. If you hate these movies so much why do you come here and express your opinion no one cares about? She feel in love with Eric becuase he was everything she wanted and wasn't , he represented the freedom she wanted. Triton kept her in a cage and treated her like of 6 yr old.

  • @ItsFlapJack

Don't give me that crap. They could have EASILY fixed the story to fit the modern times ideas. Young girl with older man isn't right. I have the right to come and express whatever the hell I want. If no one cared about it, you wouldn't have responded. Trition was doing his job just like ANY father of a 16 year old. She disobeyed her father & gambled her OWN life for a man. It wasn't love, it was her obession. I'm done talking, you got no point to make. That is all.

  • @LizzieDoodle16 you seriously need to calm down the way your looking at it is just shit. Your biter I have no idea what happened to you in your life but What little girl is thinking the way you are for all they care its just a damn cartoon there just happy they see a mermaid. Eric was 20 and Ariel is 16. She wanted freedom you try living in a place where you cant see anything above you. Its like UFO to us there strange and want to know more same situation. What else is there to do under the sea

  • @LizzieDoodle16 It was based in the 1700s so you don't give us that freaking crap. People got married young then. You moron.

  • @LizzieDoodle16 Oh yeah and and Lizziedummy16. Obviously you came to this video because you want attention. Learn your history. Teenagers weren't really considered kids back then they considered young but not kids. Lizziedummy16.

  • @a999op

Listen up dumb ass, it's obvious you can't read right. There is NO lame excuse. Disney could have added modern ideas of this century into it. There is no such thing as freaking talkings animals, so they can add that? Dumb ass. It's called commenting. I guess EVERYONE on here is calling for attention. Don't confuse THAT just because you don't like what I have to say. Idiot. You have nothing to argue for. It doesn't take a genius to see the problems with these movies, oh wait - it DOES.

  • @LizzieDoodle16 Why did you call me a dumbass. Lizziedummy. That was not a lame excuse that is the truth. Lizziedummy. That was an argument. That's why I call you Lizziedummy.

  • @LizzieDoodle16 Your parents raised you horribly.

  • I saw this special when it aired when i was 8 years old on Disney Channel and i saw the movie in theaters, i had a thing for Ariel and her nice bod which made me feel funny inside. Great movie and nice special even on nearly every guy's fave toon chick besides Jessica Rabbit known as Ariel

  • wow that's Alyssa Milano? my god she looks like she is bout perhaps in her mid or late teens

  • Bah... I just wanna watch the friggin' movie.

  • did anyone notice her tail is blue ? in the movie its green

  • @MysitcRiver29 did you ever watch it on the original VHS release? The infamous cover with the "golden penis"? That is the original edit - it was re-released at the end of the 90's (I believe '98) and was remastered, thus with a more vibrant green. The tale was always green/teal, but they put a blue hue over the movie to give it a more underwater feel.

If you have the DVD version, the colours are once again restored and everything else is much more vibrant and up to par with the vision.

    :)

  • @uthunderilightning i have it on VHS but i dont have a VHS player anymore so i havent seen it for like 5 years ahaha. but ohh that does make sense about them restoring the colors ahah

  • Menken!!!!!

  • she's 16 years old hahah she's "not a child anymore" hahahha! wow disney wow

  • was little mermaid from 1989?

  • @89blueflower Yes it was.

  • @roro21 3D is harder then you think, for Tangled they had to create new softwear and programs to make it, Tangled is the 2nd most expenive film ever made, and it took longer to make then a 2D film, they did put alot of effort in and it means alot for them and there was alot of staff, and Tangled still seems like the 'old disney princess films' its a beautiful movie, it may not be the same but times change and they cant keep doing the same things or they will go out of bussiness due to no income

  • @Aquamarien0x0 Definitely have to agree with this comment. Making CGI work is not an easy task. It can look bloody awful if you're not careful. 2D is the same deal, except you don't have to fight with the machine to make something look good. It's your hand that's the master.

  • @roro21 okay, but i was saying, that it wud be cool to see how it wud look if they did, and if u saw i said wud it ruin it or make it look better than the orignal, although in my honest opinion they can never beat the orignal i was just expressing, lets say lil mermaid never came out in 1989 but in 2011 etc wud we like it with the new tech, wud we if we have never seen still think it was one of the best movies of all time, and if 1989 version was out with the 2011 ever measure up to the 1989 one

  • Don't be worried, Tangled is a great movie. Worth watching it in the cinemas.

This film holds an overall approval rating of 93%, based on a sample of 28 reviews. (source: Rotten Tomatoes' Top Critics).

Quentin Tarantino named Tangled as one of his top five favorite films of 2010.

  • i wud love to see disney, take littler mermaid, and put it thru pixar animation so we can see what it wud look like with like the sea like was in finding nemo and 3d effect from like tangled and stuff like, that. cause i wud just want to see if that can make it look better than the original or just ruin it

  • is the narrator the model of Ariel? She looks a little like her.

  • I love this...thanks for posting

  • Its sad to see Disney animated films have turned out...

  • Oh lord, Menken and Ashman are geniuses. What Howard's talking about at the end...in "Little Shop of Horrors," that song would be "Somewhere That's Green!" :D TLM is...just...another masterpiece...it gives you shivers, it's so amazing. I've always related so well to Ariel. I now understand Triton better, too.

  • Hi Alyssa Milano!

  • C'mon Disney, bring back the old days! Not creating characters from a computer animation except some movies that are are made in computer animation but it was released in the 20th century and we need characters that are created from drawings.

  • @TheAC29 I NEVER like computer animated movies, ever since Toy Story debuted.

  • @sp4eva1 But Toy Story was made by Pixar and it's still a Classic Disney from the 90's.

  • @TheAC29 lol, I know a lotta the CGI movies are great of course.

But I just never liked 'em. My taste was just so ingrained in Hand-drawn animated movies :)

  • @sp4eva1 I think we have our own opinion about Pixar movies like Toy Story, bu I hate those CGI Movies that Disney made since Home on the Range is the last Traditional Hand-Drawn Movie.

  • @TheAC29 The Princess and the Frog from 2009 remember...

  • @sp4eva1 Yeah, John Lasseter just brings back Traditional Hand-Drawn, but we need more.

  • @TheAC29 you're right, someday i would be working for disney and i have already many characters for many movies jaja i hope they would like them

  • I am five years old again watching this video.

  • I miss the old Disney! Bring it back!!!!!!!!

  • @Whinestee They kind of did Tangled is supose to be the best Disney movie made since the classics.

  • @Whinestee If you just ignore Disney Channel, actually Disney has been making solid quality movies pretty much the whole time (the only exceptions being Home on the Range and Chicken Little). It's a big company that makes a lot of products, you gotta take the good with the bad.

  • @Technobabbleandbilly That is the SMARTEST comment I've ever read. Disney's a huge company, and you unfortunately have to take the good (Disney Animation and Pixar) with the bad (Disney Channel, Disney XD).

  • I was named partly after Alyssa Milano! ^^

  • 2:44 ... why is her tail blue?

  • @rosemir97 this video was uploaded surely form a vhs tape also the footage shown seems to have a little color distortion, also it might be for the quality of the clips used during the edition of this tv special.

  • I've read that Ariel has been drawn based on Alyssa Milano's features... Is that true?

  • @JennyTheDragon Absolutely! =)

  • Christopher DB looks like Nick Jonas LMAO! And Jodi Benson has not changed one iota in over thirty years.

  • I MISS OLD DISNEY MOVIES!

  • Omg the music at the very beginning D:

  • Aww, all the CG hate in these comments is disappointing to me. I love hand-drawn animation as much as everyone else here, but computerized visuals can be really great, too. Walt Disney himself was a lover of innovation. I don't think he would've hated CG at all.

All the "new Disney" hate in general here is pretty disappointing, actually. People can be so closed-minded. Don't lose faith in a company that's still doing great stuff.

  • Comment removed

  • @LillianMoon I know what you mean. Hand draw animation is still my favorite, but I Iike CG as long as some effort is put into it. I think that part of the CG hate comes the stories it animates. 2D fell out of style, so CG became the new thing. But, so many of the CG films lack the drama, action, and artistic flair of the 2D films, so we blame the medium. But when CG mixes a new adventurous plot with old artistic passion, watch out! Just watch How to Train Your Dragon. Soulless? I think not.

  • @MyMysticMenace So true! Good Story + Good Graphics = Best Movie Ever!

  • @LillianMoon I Know, Actually THE LITTLE MERMAID was the first Disney film to use CGI animation (watch at the stairs when Ariel is running down to findo out that Eric is going to marry ''Vanessa'') and it really became effective mix when used properly on a Cel Animated film (2D traditional animation) like Beauty and The Beast. =)

  • @murdlok um....are you sure? Rescuers Down Under was the first to use it as far as I know, hence why Beauty and The Beast used it heavily. I'm pretty sure Little Mermaid was entirely Traditional.

  • @Chaostic well i heard something in the little mermaid comentary from the Special Edition DVD about the little mermaid being the first to use (although in just 2 shots) the digital animation system they had. also they say that during the scene where Ariel is running downstairs to find Eric with Vanessa and in the shot where Ursula grows giant and the rocs behing flounder and sebastian are movin' as the camera booms up and titls down. those are the only two shots for refference i can give =)

  • @murdlok are you sure they said digital animation? As Pixar had not designed the software that they used until they green lite rescuers down under. That whole film was done with it,and it was the software and system was never tested even on a short before, it was immediately used to make the Rescuers sequel. They express this in Waking Sleeping Beauty about 3 times. I'm going to to look for this reference you speak of,but either they are speaking out of term, or some wires got crossed somewhere.

  • @Chaostic i heard in the comentary track from the DVD that the stairs sequence was animated something like this, the computer system made the animation, then i think they said, printed that over cels and painted it by hand and then re-scaned it and the computer sped it up a little and they saved the sequence, then they inserted Ariel over it, but i cant asure it was the system you say , i think it was a prototype, the directors state that computer animation was still very young.

  • @Chaostic i'm talking about computer animation, my bad 'caouse you're talking about digital animation, anyway i'll check it out on the commentary track from my DVD and make a reply about it because i think i left lose ends on my information, besides, i didn't make this movie, but if there something i can update i'll let you now, greetings. =)

  • @Chaostic i found this on the web, i hope is useful information ''The wedding scene at the close of the film marked one of the first use of CAPS (Computer Animation Production System) in a Disney feature. Is a digital ink-and-paint and animation production system that colors the animators drawings digitally, as opposed to the traditional animation method of tracing ink and paint onto cels. The rest of The Little Mermaid uses hand-painted cels. All subsequent Disney features have used CAPS.''

  • @LillianMoon I think the hate comes from "can be", 3D is not used effectively enough, or rather, there are too many people that know how to make things with it,rather then bring things to life with it. People with traditional training make better 3D films, hands down. And the studios flooding the theatres with dozens of 3D films over the last few years, and only a handful of those being done well, and having story, are why people are getting sick of them. STORY is the KEY to any animated feature.

  • oh my god look at Alyssa Milano she is soo young here!! o\god i wish disney would revert back to there old ways...

  • @spiceitupgirlnum1 Did you know Disney modeled ariel's looks on Alyssa Milano...

  • @ItsFlapJack I did ^^

  • Ugh! Disney Channel propaganda! It's awesome to watch every time the narrator spokes-girl isn't blabbing! So misleading. Is the idea that more than one person plays an animated character really that difficult to grasp? Could have at least said "the voice of Eric", Mr. "99%". Whatever it takes to get the performance, you can believe, but don't include that in the making of.

  • 5:58 Sherri Stoner!

  • the 70's and 80's were MESSED UP!!! prolly becuase of all the "fun" *cough*cough* (drugs) in the 60's

  • Alyssa Milano has always been good looking. and she still is. man she's smoking hot in charmed. even though i'm a guy i still enjoy that show.

  • Awww, Alyssa Milano was so cute as a teenager!

  • Alan Menken and Howard Ashman knew what it took to create a true musical. Howard with lyrics and Alan with music. Alan and Howard were unbeatable team! This however, was the ONLY movie that Alan and Howard were present to receive an acadamy award for, TOGETHER. Their first movie, "Little Shop of Horrors" was nominated but didn't win any. "Beauty and the Beast" and "Aladdin" won awards, but only Alan was there to receive them because by then, Howard had sadly passed away.

  • those people they have on disney that talk about disney movies like prince of persia i think ayllssa she is like one of the first yeah milano

  • This is truley a treasure. I grew up watching The Little Mermaid..and I still watch this movie for the story, the animation, and the fantasy. It shows you how amazing the Disney animators were back then. Now they're giving us Disney 3D CRAP! They need to bring back the days when things were as beautifully animated as The Little Mermaid,Snow White,Sleeping Beauty,Bambi,Beauty and the Beast,Aladdin,Lady and the Tramp, and Fox and the Hound.

  • we can't go back but hey these are on dvd. btw i like hannah but nothing beats these old movies i went through a stage were i thought i had out grown them . but Wrong.

  • this movie helped save disney...until the end of the 90s. now it sucks again :/ all i have to say is...f you lizzie mcguire and hannah montanna, f you...

  • I am very excited about this Disney's project (The Snow Queen is scheduled to be released in 2013). Because it has some people that worked in other great Disney animations

Written by Linda Woolverton (Beauty and the Beast, Lion King)

Produced by Don Hahn (Beauty and the Beast, Lion King)

Score composer Alan Menken (Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin)

Btw, The Snow Queen is a fairytale created by the danish Hans Christian Andersen, who is also the creator of The Little Mermaid!
