i'm sorry your having such a hard time with yours. but i love mine! It may tear up tomorrow but if it does ill be sending it back! If you already sent it to them once what are you waiting on to send it again... Send it in dummy! They dont make a schedule for you to come in so send it in with a letter explaining whats going on and you will get one back! I went from winning maybe 3 out of 15 tournaments a year and now i'm winning like 11 to13 out of 15 a year! Sorry about your luck eric!

All these info- mertials are from Hummindbird paid reps or prof. fisherman that got FREE ones for endorsements YOU will NEVER find anyone that has had any luck with one after owning it for a couple months ! My Brother bought one and now his is doing just what mine did before it burned up all together SHOP around and buy from someone that makes a unit that lasts for decades not weeks ! NO one can fix that baby but Humminbird and good luck getting them after the sale ! Eric Watson

IF your dumb enough to buy the SI Humminbird technology after so many have had problems then your dumber then a $%^ CARP ! I dident listen and mine for $2700 broke after only 8 boat trips and after spending $250 it broke again ! evidently the boards get hot and they put a glob of solder with a copper heat sink to fix mine DID not work and mine burned up again ! NOW they will not return any of my emails for service ! are you going down like GM Humminbird? seems like it to me !
