The 'N-Word' is a double-standard.
Black people calling each other it is OK because it can be meant as bro, dude or mate.

Ultimately, the word itself is heavily dependent on the CONTEXT. If you say it in a harmful sentence it will be perceived as offensive. Use it in a friendly manner and it won't.
