Just saw these guys with Thrice.... fantastic band! Drop the emo comments, and open your eyes to good music, or get lost, whatever's easier... If they're not singing about hating their dad's or wanting to cut themselves, then they're not emo. Simple.

@SoreThroatVocals thats what i call ignorant... emo all started in the '80s, and was a sub genre of Punk Rock. It had nothing ''core''. Emocore is Emo mixed with Hardcore or Metalcore. Emocore came a lot later than the basic Emo genre. Listen to Brand New, Sunny Day Real Estate, Jimmy Eat World, Dashboard Confessionnal... thats approximately what emo sounded in the beginning. So yeah, i think Moving Mountains was a bit inspired by the emo genre. Emo doesnt mean Hardcore nor Metal or whatever.
