A most powerful song. Perhaps should be a part of the Christian reportoire. Listen to the lyrics. It's purely Christ-like. Gino is certainly NOT Christ, but I would be surprised if this is not a Christ-inspired tune. I WOULD LIKE TO HEAR GINO'S RESPONSE TO THIS ASSERTION.

I agree with you all!!! Gino Vanelli is a talent I don't think will ever come again. His voice and his passion doesn't even need background music. I've loved his music for almost 30 years now, but I'm just now really beginning to appreciate this man's rare talent as there is so much crappy music out there nowadays. He's truly the top of the list of Canadian talent. I hope he reads the comments posted to his songs. He has to know how much we love and appreciate his music.

In 90 he ended the concert with this tune here in Houston.Problem was, the mother of all storms knocked out the computers and electronics onstage inside, just as the tune started.So the guitar player Mike Miller quickly grabbed an acoustic ran to stage front and the two finished acousticly.Was the most gorgeous version of this tune...brought tears to my eyes.You could hear a pin drop...
