I had a dalmatian puppy from he was 3months to 10months.

But why do mom try to bite her babies? Is it to teach them manners?

The woman I bought my puppy from said that when my puppy did something in the house she diden't like her mom would come and bark at him to teach him that this is not allowed. Is it the same here? I don't get the same feeling.

There's no way that dog is the mother. She 's got no milk at all and doesn't look like she's had pups. The mother must be the one that was lying in the other section most of the time. Very lovely vid. I just love dallies.

I'm thinking of buying a Dalmatian puppy...I've always wanted one,but i've heard that they are very independent,even as puppies,and that they tend to do what they want,they never listen.I've never had a dog before.Would a Dalmatian be a good choice for me? (I live in an apartment) :)

@gothprincess0705 NO!! They're very hyperactive, I don't think it'd be the most suitable choice for you. But they're great dogs so if you really want one you should get it, just make sure you walk it A LOT and interact with it, they love human company.

@dukedevlinishawt Thank you so much for your reply. I still haven't made up my mind about what breed I'm going to buy. I read a lot about the Dalmatian breed, and yes, I think it would be a difficult choice for me. But I love them... I don't know.
