You can also offer food from your hand. It will eventually get used to it. Most people try and handle them right when they get them. Let the gecko get comftorable in its new environment. I would say it would take three days for it to get used to its new environment. Then, offer food (such as a cricket/mealworm). I would offer food for about two weeks. It'd probably be comftorable with your hand. Then, your able to handle it. Handle it with CARE.
Hey, very cool vid, here in Portugal there are lots and lots of Croc Geckos, I have 2, a male and female!!! They are juvenile ones, and they don't like ants (the only kind of bug they don't like to eat)!!!
just throw them in his cage he'll eat them eventually when he's hungry. if you just got him it may be stress so dont worry about it til like 2 weeks with out eating
k thx ok i need help i went to petsmart a few weeks ago and they had this lizard a size of a small anole right and it looked JUST liek a mini komodo dragon what could it be i dont remeber the name and teh store was sold out and done had somthin new in its spot
if it was a gecko it may be a bibrons or gargoyle but i doubt it. If it was a actual lizard it may be a monitor but those grow to be 5-6 ft or more. look up savannah monitor and see if thats it.
no i know my monitors and tehy dont sell monitors they say they cant and wont and no it looked liek a anole but had a bigger head like a monitor but was only $20 and it was a dark gray
no smaller it was the size of your croc gecko but had no bads had fingers had teh snake style scales stood off the ground like its body didnt drag and it was a dark gray or black color and only $20
well most people get bit by them mine does attempt to bite me but, has never latched on. I'd say if u try to grab him up like a tame gecko use gloves at first because they WILL BITE!!!

@greendayhieu
not 3 days, at least 1 week to 3 weeks and it needs to be eating regularly
reptiles get stressed from handling so it should only be done once every couple days if need be
