my Son was on of the 150 plus Soldiers that had to protect McCain on his trip through the streets of Ramadi (that was where he bought the rugs). The fact is that everytime a Republican goes for a sight seeing tour in Iraq there is a surge of violence that follows them. Each trip John McCain has taken over to Iraq has cost American Troops thier lives. STAY HOME JOHN, SAVE A SOLDIERS LIFE!!
Outside of Israel, I haven't heard a single voice from the Middle East that supports McCain over Obama. It's obvious that if we want peace in the region, a McCain presidency will not help the U.S. win the hearts and minds of the main people we need to convince.
Even Iraqi President Maliki has gone on the record supporting Obama's plan for Iraq over McCain. That's a crucial consideration for the lives of American soldiers serving in Iraq.
Maybe Barrack can go to an open air market, like McCain did, in bullet proof vests, with 4 helicopters above, tanks and hundreds of soldiers and marines escorting him, so he can get a "real view" of what's happening in Iraq and go shopping for rugs.
Graham wants another dog and pony show. Why? I guess he needs more rugs.
