i had that last week! flipping horrible feeling. Was it like a stabbing pain under your right side of your belly? i was getting scared it could be something serious..but i waited ..and by the next day it was gone. I was told it could have been gastroenteritis.

Never feel like you have to apolagise for this.. I know we see it as self-inflicted, but this really isnt our fault, because we dont WANT it, proof enough of how difficult it is for us to change.. Im glad you have something to look forward to.. keep fighting.. always here x
