  • fuck you cox, I love you...

  • ... wasnt she on neighbours....

  • @gj88drumstik Wow harsh

  • The Australian is the hot one...big surprise

  • I'm Australia - Love it! We can actually take a joke because our country is great!

  • lmao, so funny

  • Wow that acesnt is hot who is she

  • Is tis CSI

  • Even though I'm Australian, I'm so used to hearing American accents that this just seems out of place.

  • It's Pepper from Neighbours :D She said the anterior cerebral artery. How did Dr. Cox not understand that lol.

  • this made me proud by how hot she was

  • Nicky Whelan I believe, drop dead gorgeous! Watched Neighbours for her

  • oh god, the nostalgia >.> my ex sounds exactly like that. the accent is exactly the same (as opposed to being thicker or lighter, for you idiots who cant figure that out) and it doesnt help that she looks so much like my ex. damn you, scrubs! DX

  • I'm gon need that Australian supermodel's name.

  • @jpaulos75 Nicky Whelan.

  • It's always sounds kinda weird to me when I here an Australian accent on American tv - like it's foreign or something. The strange thing is I'm Australian! It should seem completely normal. How odd!

  • @blozzy22 Know what you mean mate, get that too. Yet Americans on TV sound normal, talk to one somewhere else and its annoying as fuck lol.

  • @blozzy22 i know the feeling, i am from Australia and if i hear an american accent in person it sounds strange, but on tv the american accent sound normal and the Australian accent sounds foreign. im always asking my international friends "do i sound like that" cause besides on the TV i don't notice our accent at all.

  • in italian translation she only speaks in a low sexy voice...now it has sense!

  • just like my accent, ha.

  • Yep us aussie are hot as fuck.

  • @seishintekikutsu LOL being hot has nothing to do with your Nationality there are beautiful women all over the world. So Aussies stop being too proud it has nothing to do with nationality

  • @Konphetty Don't be silly. We will never stop being proud.

  • @seishintekikutsu No Im not saying dont be proud all Im saying is dont take too much in a whole new level

  • @Konphetty Are you an idiot? I said nothing about aussies being hotter than anyone else i just said that we are hot. Don't feed me or I will troll the fuck out of you.

  • @seishintekikutsu Calm down. Dont talk like an idiot you act like internet words scare people lol

  • @Konphetty Yes it does matter where you come from, asians are ugly, LOL.

  • @Konphetty Wrong. Have you been to Sweden? Almost everyone there looks like a model.

  • I love her accent, it's sexy.

  • Little Britain did it first...

  • The Irony!. An American telling an Aussie to speak English. Lol

  • @Guru22007 Yes, that would be the joke Sherlock.

  • a hot aussie too

  • im an asian, i can understand what she was saying, why can't he?

  • @Hugotiesco Well thats just how Dr. Cox is. In other words he is a bad ass

  • How refreshing! To actually hear Australians speaking with their own accent. Did you ever hear Michael Caine or Hugh Grant speak with an American accent in an American movie? Judy Dench or Brian Brown?? NO! Because they're true to themselves. This Ozzie lot start speaking with an American accent even in their private lives - after they've been in America for only a few months! Pathetic. Childish. UnAustralian. Sad.

  • @lukeyboy123able lol yeah they're all faggots and shit m8. gr8 2 C some Oauzzie sheilas on the viddee box being their true Auossie selfves.

  • Americans trying to do Australian accents are funny because we sound nothing like that.

  • @MrPhyrestorm That actress is Australian. She used to be in Neighbours.

  • @BenWeaver594 Aah, ok. I don't watch Neighbours.

  • @MrPhyrestorm Well don't you look like an idiot... lmao

  • @LewDaYoung How so?

  • Most of you are totally missing the joke. The joke is that her accent isn't that strong and it's very very easy to understand what she's saying. Dr. Cox is just fucking with her, most likely because she's hot and smart and that's all he has to go with, and maybe also because he hates Hugh Jackman (why? we never know, but maybe because he's Australian)

  • i think australian accent is the best.

  • Why isn't the youtube translation working?

  • @skringas it sort of works on the American accent but fails on the Australian accent.

  • @CorporateEvolution Every sort of speech mto text thing breaks on Australian. The Kinect still doesnt have the speech command thing in our region.

  • @smalltime0 Thats fairly lame, the first speech recognition software I used in the 90s could deal with my Australian accent (it did have a $4k price tag though, my old work place recently asked for it back so they could apparently get a discount on the latest version and I was like 0_____0). Today's microsoft office free speech recognition does a really good job (Luckily its true). What's microsoft doing with kinect?

  • americans cannot do aussie accents -.-

  • She sounds almost new zealand

  • She sounds weird. She must be from the Eastern States.

  • @TheOrdonianHero Agreed

  • yeh, us Aussie's speak weird :p let's just admit it and move on now.

  • @nabmohs it's a joke guy. Everyone can tell what she's saying. Just chill out and move on with your day. And btw americans will understand you if you enunciate! But there's nothing harder to understand than a British person just babbling non sequiturs.

  • god she's hot. And I am from a non english speaking country and I understood every word she said perfectly. I guess Dr Cox is just messing with her.

  • I'm Australian and there is nothing I hate more then Americans finding it hard to understand what we say

  • @RileySmiley1231 I'm Australian and there's nothing I hate more than when Australians can't laugh at themselves.

  • @RileySmiley1231 Yeah I'm with you there. I try to play on USA Trouble in Terrorist Town servers sometimes, and they always try to imitate me and it's horrible. The only time I EVER R.D.M. is to shut them up. It's disgraceful.

  • at least shes an Australian!

Lost had some of the worst Australian accents I've ever heard.

  • @0zziefan have you played dead island?? you havent heard a sorry exuse for an accent till you play dead island or at least watch some gameplay videos of it.

  • are people actually offended? this just made me more proud

  • lol....funny

  • She's hot! ..... just like the country Australia lol

  • Technically its a lack of accent that differentiates Australian from other versions of English. Too economical with words to bother having one.

  • @InnerAncestor No, everyone thinks their accent is the lack of one.

  • how did she say " australian"??? its not that aussie...

  • @the2011bash

    she said it like 'stralian

  • There is nothing difficult about understanding the Aussie accent (I'm English btw). Why are Americans so fucking insular?! Get a passport and travel the world.

  • lawl, come on people its a joke, put ya tampon back in your handbag and chill X)

im australian i saw this a just started laughing

(cause you know people love an australian accent ;)

  • Ohh come onn!!! Aussies just love a joke.. Just go with it.. And maybe later you can have a laugh at the stupid yanks:D

  • @1991maulwurf It's a true fact, google it. English is hard because of vowels and consonants, where as other languages use sounds

  • can someone tell me what she saying??

  • @FenKai yeah i dunno. I can't speak gibberish

  • I Australian and I wish i sounded like that lol

  • @1991maulwurf You mean english? That is actually the hardest language to learn

  • The way she says 'Australian' almost sounds like a non-australian attempt at an Aussie accent, but she is in fact Australian. Google 'Nicky Whelan'.

  • i hate when people put on our accents, they sound ridiculous. And very bogan.

  • @missjacintarae Thats Nicky Whelan. She is aussie

  • Fake australian picked a mile away, again.

  • @zomgtehrei Except she's really an Aussie

  • @Girlfriend4real Mmm, no.

  • @zomgtehrei google nicky whelan and then get back to me

  • @Girlfriend4real "Nicky Whelan (born 10 June 1981) is an American actress and model.."

    ???

  • @zomgtehrei haha she is actually australian you twit.

  • @heidihaydon Mmm, no.

  • @Girlfriend4real blocking u liar.

  • @zomgtehrei she's Australian you idiot

  • @zomgtehrei Dude you have no idea at all do you HAHAHA

  • @heidihaydon You upset bro?

  • @zomgtehrei my god you fail at trolling

  • She sounds a lot classier than the rest of us xD

  • @leon6266 My advice to you.. Learn English

  • my advice to anyone DO NOT learn Aussie accent which is sucks

  • I go to Medical school in the UK, and I sometimes get the same responses from my tutors -__-

  • haha bloody oath she would be the hottest chick there! the ratio of ugly girls to hot girls in america is like 50 to 3 lol

  • She said Australian wrong! lol

  • Comment removed

  • Oustraylien?

  • American, and don't find her hard to understand. Also, extremely hot girl.

  • Comment removed

  • She IS from Australia, she was on Neighbours!

Also, do we really sound like that?

  • @AznChii yes she is Aussie yes we sound like that, its very easy to understand each other though and cause we all talk like that we dont notice it as being different

  • @HONORGUARD308 Well different is a relative term.

  • @Megahedron1501 Different is not at all a relative term, its a subjective term and i out lined a context so what the fuck are you talking about??

  • @HONORGUARD308 First of all, don't need to get pissy. Second, definitely relative. Relative and subjective are not opposite terms.

  • @Megahedron1501 a relative turm has 2 or more specific turms, "different" is not specific thats the intent of the word, and i never said they are opposing turms. and im not getting "pissy" i just hate stupid pointless replys.

  • @HONORGUARD308 From your context, I can piece together what you're trying to communicate. I'd try to continue this intelligibly, but it's like talking to a wall.

  • Racist bastards lol

  • WE PRONOUNCE IT ASTRALIAN!! U CAN HARDLY HEAR THE UUUUU!!!

  • @Psychomaniac363 i know!! wtf.....OSS-tralian??

    it's pronounced astralian

  • @anewsome92 i wouldn't even go that far- usually just said 'stralian

  • @forktounge hahah good point

  • @Psychomaniac363 yeah but she got the "strayan"part right.

  • man, I'm aussie, she wasn't bad until she said Australian =/

  • OH GOD I LOVE AUSSIES!

  • IM AUSTRALIAN!!!! ;D

  • This chick gets her tits out in the movie Hall Pass. Best 30seconds of my life!

  • does anyone else pronounce the word Australia, "u-stralia" instead of "os-stalia"?

  • i love how australians can understand scottish people by nature but americans have to get them to tone down their accents. train spotting for example

  • @96aromaz

Australians love smack even more than the Scots do, simple as that.

  • australian accents arent like that, they emphasised it so much more here

  • If you watch enough TV from enough of the English speaking countries, no one's hard to understand, it depends on what you're used to.

  • Ever heard a guy with a French accent speak English (well)? It's difficult to understand. American accents are often hard to understand...Australian ones are very clear and easy to get.

  • Ummm I Kinda find Americans And Canadians Hard to understand sometimes

  • @Dreadsbanana i had a canadian woman hit me one day because i said she sounds american... she then told me its like her calling me ( australian ) a kiwi

  • @Dreadsbanana what's wrong with you

  • Hell, if you were offended by anything in SEASON NINE of Scrubs, then you need to be shanked.

Though, Aussies do get a hard time about our accent for no reason (they obviously havent heard a Kiwi accent)

  • I'm australian and I don't think I sound like this lol

  • @aimeeemay I'm new to Aus. You do. Not to the same extent but, yes.

  • @neilmackillop haha foreal :) I don't notice.

  • The hot actress is Nicky Whelan, and if you think she's hot with her clothes on, then you should see her naked in "Hall Pass." It was seriously the best part of the movie.

  • 'supermodel in the back' lol

  • just went from 6 to midnight

  • It's funny because it's how I got treated a couple of times in the States. Well, in my case it was an idiot working at Subway, not a doctor.

  • I am a 16-year-old australian. I was offended by this the first time i saw it, and I'm still offended now

  • @jo366 Fucking hell, you'd complain if a dog shat in your dinner.

  • @jo366 Why? I'm Australian too, I see nothing to be offended by. If anything it's more offensive to Americans.

  • @jo366 Some random bogun called me a nigger on the train today. If crap like this is a problem for you, you're doing alright.

  • @jo366 If you were offended by this, you are failing at being an Aussie, mate. Go look up the video of "Steve Hughes" on "Being offended" then re-evaluate you opinion.

  • That's your problem doc. go travel and learn another culture for a change.

  • That australian accent would b like the equivalent of a south carolina american accent. Not everyone talks like that, only the bogans and rednecks

  • The only funny part in season 9....

  • She almost fooled me...until she said Austraaalian

  • @simjom02 she is australian though... Nicky Whelan but obviously over emphasising it for that role

  • @simjom02 - yeah, that didn't sound right.

  • @simjom02 yeah same here

  • @simjom02 you see her boobs in the movie "Hall Pass". that is all.

  • @simjom02 Yeah she is an actual aussie actress. Lol Ignorance,

  • Like any country, Australia has lots of different accents ranging from British sounding ones in Adelaide to very stereotypical 'bogan' accents on certain parts of the East coast and all shades in between. The majority of Aussies are in the middle, not bogan but not English either so it's a shame that the bogan accent is our stereotype.

  • hahah im australian and we dont sound like that at all

  • @Mrshollli We actually do, but you just can't notice your own accent because you're surrounded by other Australians.

  • Haha! Gotta love our shitty Australian accent imitations. xD

  • I'm not understanding a shit from that american redneck... what's with those 'r, r, r ,rrRRRRRRR' sounds, american accent suck donkey balls.

  • its just like every other country, not everyone in one country will sound like the stereotype, but ofcourse theres going to be some amount of people who will be the same as the stereotype

  • This, to me, kind of resembles the running joke in Little Britain.

  • Never mind, I just found out it's Nicky Whelan.

  • Is that Emilie de Ravin?

  • Find this more racist than funny.

  • @wanako4eva she has a ghetto Australian accent though, we in Australia would insult people who talked like that here too.

  • why can't they get real aussies to act instead of telling americans to put on a really weird accent.. I think chase from house does it alright, but that's about it lol

  • @super6plx Dr Chase (Jesse Spencer) is Australian, not American.

  • @fjeopgjde well yeah that's what I mean, good on them for getting a real australian - but I wasn't entirely sure if he was actually australian or just put on a flawless accent

see british people like hugh lorey (is that how you spell his name?) can do flawless american accents, why can't they get people to do that well with aussie accents? :<

  • @super6plx I suppose because in Australia we grow up with a lot of British and American tv so its easier for us to do the accent, the same as England, they have a lot of American tv. I'm aussie and can do both english and american accents, however the Australian accent is harder to pronounce for foreigners. I know England has a few aussie tv shows but america doesn't so they all sound stupid trying to do the aussie accent, I laugh when I hear it, they sound like shit - lol

  • @fjeopgjde yeah my friend made that point as well, it makes the most sense I think, since we hear their relatively simple accent all the time on TV it's easier but they gotta learn from only a tiny bit of listening how to do all the relaxed pronounciations and weird loose mouth shapes we make by not giving a shit about how we sound :P

  • @super6plx lol - yeah maybe after a few drinks the loose mouth shapes appear - lol. The only accent I have issues is, is the scottish accent, I find that hard to do. It just seems like a lot of effort : )

  • worst australian accent ever. hire some real aussies ffs

  • @arhoptt The actress is Australian.

  • @arhoptt that chik is actually an australian actress.
