@RamboStu It's still in the prototype stage and is deemed a failed experiment because the computer has problems deciding when it is time to flip the wings forwards so they can act as ailerons so the plane can fly and it almost always crashes.

This is a plane my dad worked in USAF he should know its capable of vertical take off/landing like a helicopter but it can also land on a runway like a plane and helicopters don't have wings they have rotors.
