  • Dude take this analysis with a grain of salt it's hogwash...everbody is different. What may work for someone else doesnt mean it will work for you.

  • your supposed to land on your whole foot not your toes or heal because once you land that when the energy is being transferred so you need to be able to brace up your front leg how are you going to do that if your landing on your heel, you would keep drifting foward

  • your supposed to land on your toes it helps with release point.

  • Your coach is an idiot. You are suppoused to land on your heel. Your leg is suppoused to swing out and aroung because its gives you a longer stride. Keep doing what you are doing.

  • he says that your small rocker step and you not moving alot at the top of your leg lift is a good thing, thats wrong, you want to be moving towards the plate as soon as you can, look at lincecum, his hips are moving towards the plate as his legs coming up, and swinging your leg around is actually good, it creates more hip shoulder separation. and landing heel toe doesnt matter, i also believe one cause of your injury could be your arm not being up when your foot lands it creates a timing problem

  • @SimpleStuff31 hahahahahha, ya you definently know what your your talking about. i have never gotten the concept on getting the front of my foot down first, it feels wierd but i know its right. Did you change this or do you still land on your heel, and was it a hard transition? not you simplestuff

  • @SimpleStuff31 exactly im happy someone knows wut hes talking about lol

  • he talks about the small rocker step and how little movement youve made when your leg is up and hes completely wrong, you want to be moving towards the plate as soon as possible, look at lincecum, his hips are moving towards the plate while he is bringing his leg up and he swings his leg around, swinging your leg around is good, it creates better hip/shoulder separation.

  • excellent video, i'm predominantly a stretch pitcher, and i needed to refresh my mind on what to do from the wind up. basically the same stuff, with a few details that i certainly wouldn't have found and fixed myself. 5 stars.

  • great job. I can't believe that you're the same player from one year to the next.

  • as a pitcher you should be focused on learning more and more. it's not about proving you're good.. remove the last part from your description.

    cool video. octavian
